It was clean.
Air conditioning needs to be cleaned, the room smelled like mold because of it. The room wasn’t soundproofed at all, we heard a fight until 2 am next door (the only problem was that we didn’t understand their fight -because it was in Italian, otherwise would have been quite entertaining).

Good location to highway. Ample parking spaces. Restaurant in front. Lots of space to put up suitcases. Breakfast had two choices of meat and cheese. Room looked recently renovated. Very friendly receptionist. Worth the price.
No lift. Had to carry suitcases up one flight of stairs. Breakfast had only type of bread (although many types of croissants).
