The hotel was about halfway between the train station and the beach and was about a 15 minute walk from the train station and a further 12 minute walk to the main drag on the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The room was plenty spacious and the beds comfortable enough with nice sheets. The bathroom was roomy with plenty of hot water and good water pressure and nice towels. The included breakfast was generous with pastries, breads, cereals, yogurts, fruits, fruit juices, various teas and coffees, meats and cheeses and hard boiled eggs and poached eggs. They even provided breakfast at 6am as our train departure was 7am which was quite helpful.

Although on the map the hotel looks very close to the train station, it is a longer walk because you have to walk way down the railway tracks to cross under the tracks and come back down the other side of the tracks to get to the hotel. Also only one half of the hotel is accessible by elevator so if you don't want to deal with stairs, be sure your room is on a floor accessed by the elevator.

Nice cozy location with accomodating staff, comfy room with a balcony, nice breakfasts with many sweet choices. Also very near to the center, beach or train station.

Disadvantage of cozy little villa hotel is that there is bit excessive noise from other guests that wakes us up from sleeping. Also we would love some vegetables in the breakfast. There was fruit and lots of sweet choices, but less savory.

My trip was in March so Rimini was very quiet so things may be different during peak season but hotel was ideally placed close to the station (my intention was to visit San Marino) and mid way between beach front and the historic centre - 10 minute walk each way. Located in a quiet, up-market residential area. Helpful and friendly staff, spotlessly clean and modern. Reasonable breakfast choice - no hot food.

It would have been nice to have access to a coffee machine for refills at breakfast.

Very friendly staff, big rooms, they even prepared breakfast in advance at 5 a.m. because we had to leave very early in last day, I strongly recommend this place. :) All my friends in the group were very happy.

Great value for money. The location is amazing. About five minutes from the beach and the railway station. It is about fifteen from the town centre. Lovely continental breakfast. All of the staff I talked to were very helpful and friendly.

I'm a quite tall an struggled to fit inside the shower, especially as the door opened inwards. It was quite a challenge to get out. Not sure they can do much about changing this though.

For breakfast there are many sweet things to choose from. But for somebody who doesn't like sweet breakfast so much, the choise is very poor. For 3 nights it's ok, but for more I wish more diversity.
