It was our first trip to Garda Lake and luckily we stayed in this hotel, which made our stay so perfect! We had a great welcome,from very friendly reception staff and we were upgraded for free to a bigger room with the view.Thank you! This hotel is beautiful,the park is amazing,all the facilities are great,spa,swimming pools,massage,restaurants,room service with delicious Club Sandwiches for dinner.The hotel has the best location and all the staff of the hotel,absolutely everyone was so friendly, helpful, smiley,and so efficient and proffessional!Thank you ALL!!! We loved absolutely everything about this hotel and we would definitely come back with our kids next time,as there is a Kids Club.

Location and the resort garden area.

Double bed has 2 single mattresses. Instead a double bed mattress would have helped. We are a family of 3. Husband wife and 5 yo. Generally sleep on one bed with double bed mattress. But as they provided 2 single bed mattress we had to use sofa bed for one of the adults. As three people wudnt fit in 2 single mattresses. Breakfast can have more variety. Got same food in small hotels too but the scale is big here at Du lac..

Grounds are amazing. Room comfortable and spacious. Food at all three restaurants was very good. Great location about 10 min walk into Riva Del Garda. Hotel staff friendly and accommodating. I f you can afford pay the extra and get a room on the top floor in the main hotel as the balcony looks out over the stunning grounds, mountains and lake.

Throw away paper and flimsy plastic cups provided in room. Reusable/re-washable plastic cups and glasses would be better.

Where do I start? Everythihg is great, rather excelkent. Our room, a Murialdo suite, was very spacious as advertised, with full amenities for a kitchinette. The balcony was spacious and with a nice view on the park where you can smell the scent of all flowers and greeneries. Great and huge closets space and spacious bathroom with shower. First hotel that takes good care of having great shampoo. Very clean room, well maintained. A/C was not working as it was still cool weather I believe. Plenty of parking spaces, very convenient laundrette. Amazing and very rich and varied breakfast. The staff overall are amazing, courteous, prompt and really care to serve. Luca in the breakfast room is simply amazing. He is the dyanmo of the whole show. Everyone else at the breakfast area are great. I can't even recall any inconvenience. The old lady who was cleaning our room on a daily basis on the 4th floor is so hard working and pleasant. Our room was cleaned to perfection every day. The park and the variety of activities are numerous. The park is simply amazing for daily casual walks and a breath of fresh air.

Nothing to mention. If I had to be really picky, I would only like to have a better variety of olives at the breakfast room.

The hotel location was wonderful, we loved being in a bungalow surrounded by nature; hills, trees, ponds, ducks, it was breathtaking! Also everything was a walking distance which is wonderful. The indoor swimming pool was gorgeous, warm and great for chilly days. The bungalow was beautiful, designed well.

1. We thought we chose a hotel which included breakfast (as that’s what we searched for in Booking) so were disappointed to find out that breakfast was included only for the hotel rooms and not for the bungalows guests. 2. Some room issues: the air con didn’t work properly, the tv also, and the room had many ants (I don’t mind a nature vibe but this was too much😩). 3. I didn’t like that the spa area permitted nudity, this is not an adults only hotel.

10/10 - 5 star experience. Exquisite location, hotel facilities, staff, communication before, during and after stay. Beautiful gardens, pool area, on-site dining options (superb breakfast experience). Hotel room excellent - well equiped, spotless, serviced daily, individually controlled A/C, kettle, refrigerator. Many dining options just outside hotel and nearby in town centre, Large, new shopping mall opposite with dining, shops, large Co-op Supermarket. Direct access to lake from Property where you can swim, picnic and enjoy the lake Foreshore. The panoramic walk into town centre is lake-side and a most enjoyable 20 min walk.

Nothing - the whole stay was 5 star plus

Everything. There was everything a family, couple or single traveller wants or needs on site. Wonderful service at breakfast with an amazing buffet or hot choices cooked to order, 3 restaurants, tennis court, beautiful pools, plenty of beds (which is a rarity and so good to know that there doesn't have to be a bun fight for recliners) and the gardens (with swan, ducks and ducklings, fish and a turtle) were incredible. Stunning mature trees, all beautifully kept and offering shade and breeze to those who can't tolerate full sun. We loved this place. (The singing waitress in Bar 44 was so friendly! She made us smile every time! The lovely lady on reception who chatted in Italian to our daughter to encourage her Italian conversation was so kind and helpful. Such a pleasure to encounter hospitality staff like that.)

Our daughters had a balcony room on the other side of the hotel, which was fine as they are older teenagers, but it was tired and needed refurbishment. They were a bit disappointed that it was so old.

Unbelievable location, with beautiful surroundings

Think the whole place needs some money spending on it, everything’s looking a little tired in places

Breakfast was ok but a little bit confused as we need to order some stuff but also there is a buffet that we serve ourselves. Not many options but ok we enjoyed it. Location just unbelievably nice, the place is just so beautiful that you can’t go wrong with this choice.

Service too slow and the reception don't communicate very well when we arrive or during our staying so you kinda of need to guess the time the restaurant/bar works. The service in the bar at the family pool area is just so slow and not good at all.

Excellent - loved our service from Luca really going to miss him every morning so much xx
