The location is really nice, it is close to the city center and directly connected with the old town. It is a great option if you want to stay in Riva and if you book it few months before, at a cheaper price. Breakfast is all right, coffee is great. We stayed for a week. It is good for long period of time. You have a pool. You have lots of restaurants around (Go to Bella Napoli, it is amazing). It is close to elevator for Bastione and Garda trek. You can rent bikes and go around the lake.

Parking is overpriced. 15€ per day in the Hotel parking is insane, taking into account that we stayed in the same hotel for a week and we did not have any discounts. We ended up paying more for the parking than for the gas for an entire week!

As we arrived later than expected , communication from the hotel was very good through WhatsApp to let us know how to get into the hotel and get the key for room . Hotel was spotless clean and rooms were cleaned everyday and given fresh towels . Reception staff were very helpful . Breakfast was lovely with so much to choose from . The lady in charge of breakfast was so lovely . Pool area was lovely and well kept . We loved everything about our stay here ❤️ we definitely will return . Location was perfect to city centre. Highly recommend

Room was a little small with just one wardrobe and shower was slightly small . I will book a bigger room next time

Location was excellent. We could walk out the back gate of the property straight into the old town. Staff were very good in organising some laundry. Own private car park was very helpful as parking elsewhere was limited. Staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable.

Property would have got a 10 except it has one of these new airconditioning systems that is ultimately controlled by the owner via a computer screen at the front desk. The system went down sometimes during the night (it was hot while we were there) and we woke up in a lather in the middle of the night!

The place was everything i wanted from a hotel. Not only that its placement it’s inside the heart of Riva del Garda , but also the hotel has a lovely atmosphere, lovely staff, and great facilities. Also the staff offered us the service that I asked them prior to our visit. I was enchanted how well they followed my instructions ! I was just sad that i had so little time to enjoy it 10 out of 10 !

Everything was perfect

Staff very friendly, cleanliness very good, breakfast excellent - reasonable choice for gluten free (3 of our party). Hotel set in the heart of the old town, very convenient for food, shops and ferries.

The rooms were very dated, and completely lacked any drawer space, which meant we had to live out of our suitcase all week. There was hanging space.

Great location, lovely breakfast and staff on hand to help. Bikes available for hire the whole day. Spacious room size with comfy bed and lots of natural light from two big windows.

On whole everything was great so this is only minor! - safe was a bit small for certain electronics, I.E ipad - shower door didn’t close properly therefore bathroom floor got a bit wet.

Hotel is on great place on the edge of old town, but still near center and lake. Garden with pool is perfect for relax, there is also Whirlpool and snack bar. We we could stay in the garden even after checkout which was nice. Breakfast was ok.

Honestly what a fantastic find!! We were beyond impressed with the entire place - lovely modern, comfortable bedroom with fabulous views of the mountains. The pool area, bar, and outside seating were just gorgeous. Really nicely done out - they’ve put a lot of thought and care into the place. Breakfast was a great spread! What a gem. Perfect location too.

Nothing! It’s amazing!

Every was great. We finally had an apartment when we had booked a family room, which was bigger. It was great to enjoy a pool and hot tube, and we valued especially the direct exit to the heart of the historic center from a door at the ground floor. Breakfast was good, too.

You should count on the extra 15€ to park the car, as it's not easy to find free spots close to the hotel

Location is fabulous with the old town right outside the magical doors. The extra facilities were fantastic, the pool and spa garden and bar so wonderful to relax in after a day touring. The rooftop deck was superb to watch sunrise and sunset 🌅 and breakfast in the morning was really good to start another day of adventure on Lake Garda. 😊
