There is a lot of space in the appartments, headroom is awesome. Location is quite good, just two steps from the city center (though it's true for most of places in Riva). The host is very responsive and solves problems on the fly.

The bedrooms overlook to the street, and it gets really noisy early in the morning or even at night, when city service starts to clean up the streets or take away the garbage. So you might want to tire yourself up through the day to sleep soundly. No basic food supplies like salt or sugar (probably due to Covid). No washing machine (though that can be figured out from the description).

The location is fantastic - still within the city centre of Riva, but far enough away from the highlights that it's quiet. There are beautiful mountains to see from every window. The apartment has all the necessary amenities and the staff are quick to respond to questions via Whatsapp. Parking was just around the corner in a closed garage.

We smelled gas when we entered the apartment. The gas knobs for the kitchen stovetop were not in the correct position. Via communication over Whatsapp, we quickly heard from the 1Dest staff and were sent information on the correct position. It's a bit complicated because the burners are in 2 different directions. Thankfully the staff replied to our messages quickly and the gas smell dissipated! The mattress in the master bedroom is not comfortable.

Central enough but not in a very busy area, close to car parking and good privacy.

Wi-Fi and internet is not good at all and well below standards. it’s does not work well with work and kids.

Close to the city center. Nature, bike trails, swimming in the lake, relax. Suitable for individuals and families with children. Parking was also OK.

Every morning around 6:00 a.m. there was noise on the street from the garbage cans under the windows, which regularly woke us up. But that's the price for accommodation in the city center, which was nice. There were missing hand-towels, bath-towels were fine. The view of the mountains and nature was limited, also the terrace was almost modest and shared with other guests. There was no personal contact with the landlords, which seems quite impersonal, but communication with them was great. The apartment has 4 full beds, the other two are on the sofa and are almost "emergency", not quite suitable for a longer stay.

This place was totally amazing! I loved the location close to the lake, restaurants and also hiking places. I appreciate very fast communication with the staff who were always helpful, even though we didn't have a chance to meet them, they took care of us very well. The kitchen was well equipped and the place had everything we needed.

Well, the stairs were quite hard to defeat after the hike :D Besides that... I cannot think of anything!

Wonderful apartments. There is everything you need for cooking. I was pleasantly surprised by the presence of an iron and a washing machine. The staff answered questions quickly. We recommend these apartments to everyone 😉

Location of this apartment is perfect - close to lake and to city center! also paring is great - you don't have to worry about the parking spot. Patio is nice also - good to ear breakfast on the fresh air :) Also clean and well equipped.
