You cannot beat this location for a stay in the heart of Riva del Garda. Our room was quiet, air conditioned and clean. We were on the side away from the harbor and square.

There are only two very small gripes about the room - there is no room for your toiletries in the bathroom. Some shelves by the sink would have been nice to have. The lights in the bathroom are very bright so if one uses the bathroom at night and does not remember to only use the sink light, the whole room is lit up, waking sleeping people up. This is minor as there is a possibility to only use the sink light.

Fantastic location, very friendly helpful staff and great views from the room.

Access to wifi is lacking

Amazing location with beautiful view for the Lake Garda and streets of Riva del Garda. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated with comfortable beds and large bathroom. I have enjoyed sitting on a balcony at night and look at the view and listen the noise of the Italian city. Staff was very pleasant and kind. We had a great breakfast and lovely coffee :) We also had a car park space included in our booking, despite it was away - as hotel is located in central of the city, and we had to walk few minutes to get there, with a special document from hotel we could get close to unloaded the car.

I could not find anything that wasn't right . Hotel centrale - you did it right! Thank you for lovely hospitality.

- beautiful location - Every day cleaned and towels changed (cleaning lady after the first night noticed that we used one spare comforter (in Italy you sleep under the very cover of the comforter) she brought us another comforter and coated it . - In the restaurant Mr. waiter after the first day remembered that I drink cappuccino on milk without lactose and husband americano . As soon as he saw us in the morning we immediately had our coffees at the table - There is a general coffee machine at breakfast but you can easily order delicious coffee from the bar at the waiter for free . - quite large renovated rooms - mini fridge in the room

- Wifi only in designated areas - on breakfasts no vegetables :( there were only tomatoes - breakfasts the same every day - in the room could be a kettle for tea or coffee . - In the hotel it is possible to make a discount card Trentino Guest Card for regional public transport (it will be free ) or entrance to some attractions like the tower next to the square or waterfalls nearby . Making this card is free of charge. It would be great to get this information right away when you block the hotel , we found out about this option from the Internet after visiting a few attractions already .

The location is amazing! Since the location is so convenient, i keep finding myself heading back to my room to freshen up, top up water, rest a while before continuing with my itinerary. I also didnt expect to have a lake view in my room so it was a really pleasant surprise. Breakfast was excellent too, there was scrambled eggs, bacon, crispy croissants, salami, yogurt, cereals, fruits, tarts. It was a good spread :)

Tax was 2euro per night. All other hotels I stayed so far charged 2euro regardless of how many nights I stayed. There was also no riva card available, only trentino card. And you have to remind them to send you an email about it. With trentino card, my transport to Riva would be free but because they didnt send me, i had to pay for the bus and train.

The location couldn’t be better! They have parking just for this hotel in a parking garage near (but it is an extra cost). The room was modern and well appointed. We had a room with a view of the lake and Juliet balcony which was nice to step out on and watch the goings on below. Breakfast was decent.

Would have liked the AC to go a bit lower.

The best place to stay in Riva. Exceptional cleanliness, very nice and helpful staff and perfect location - our room had the best view of Garda. The hotel is 1min away from the ferry station. Plenty of choices for breakfast. We also had a dinner in the restaurant. The service there was super fast (food delivery within 5min & delicious :)) Parking option for 10EUR/day few meters away from the hotel in a parking house. Highly recommended. We will definitely come back.

Everything. Especially the location. It was wonderful to open the window in the evening and listen to the sounds of the city, especially the amazing musician who played the electric guitar, wonderful ballads. For people who want to rest - it was enough to close the window (wonderfully quiet room). There was everything you need in the room. A very comfortable bathroom. Besides, very nice and helpful staff. For people who are afraid to come here by car - we had no problems. You can drive up to the hotel itself and leave your luggage, and overnight the car goes to a comfortable multi-storey garage, to a section dedicated to the hotel, where outsiders are not allowed. Finally, the biggest advantage: the breakfasts. There was everything, and most of all, the opportunity to enjoy it in the square or under the roof of the hotel (whoever will).

Location was perfect, right at the main piazza but there was no noise. Walking distance from the bus stop and so close to the ferry terminal. The room was very comfortable, exceptionally clean and newly refurbished. Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was good.

My only complaint was the wifi signal in the room kept dropping out. It was fine close to the reception

The views from our room were amazing. The staff was nice and so was the breakfast. Beds were comfortable and did NOT hear other guests while sleeping, so we had a good rest. The hotel has a garage nearby and, although the area has limited access, you can reach the hotel by car to unload.

It was a very short stay and check-out is at 10am, which apparently is quite generalized in Italy.
