Great hotel with mountain views. Excellent location: in a few minutes on foot you will reach the center. The owner is kind, friendly and polite, always ready to solve problems. Very clean rooms. The bathroom with shower was clean and equipped with hair dryer and shower shampoo. The breakfast is simple with a good range of sweet and savory items. We will definitely come back here on our next vacation.

The view from our balcony was amazing and the balcony size itself was pretty big. The room was cleaned every day which was not expected. The breakfast was always fresh. The location of the B&B was great as it's less than 10 minutes walk to the centre of Rival del Garda. Towels were very clean and were nice to use. The B&B felt authentic Italian and the owners were very friendly. They're also available any time, just ring the bell.

I had a hard time sleeping as the bed was not the most comfortable for me. I have a memory foam mattress at home so I found the bed too hard, but that might be just me. We stayed for 4 nights so the breakfast could have had a bit more variety.

We liked the property a lot! Andrea was very nice and kind with us. The location is very good, really close to the center, 10 minutes walk and in less than 5 minutes you can get by the car in the mountains. We had a very nice staying overall.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable for us, but is hard to find a better bed than the one you're used to 😁.

Very kind staff and owners. Everything in the House is so detailed and made with love :) The location was perfect for us because it was very quiet at night and the town is reachable quite easy! Also the breakfast was amazing and had loads of options for veggies & vegans.

The place is very cosy and clean. It is very close to the town center, just a couple of minutes walking. We had a wonderful view on the mountains from the balcony. The staff is very friendly and positive- especially the owner- he gave us a free upgrade of the room since we were traveling with a kid. Breakfast was very tasty as well (bread, yogurt, some ham and cheese, croissant, eggs, cereal, coffee, tea, juice- could add some vegetables). All in all a great stay and we would gladly come back.

I had a great stay at Villa Bellaria. The host Andrea was very nice. The room was simple but had a cool little balcony that was really pretty with great views. The breakfast was very complete with a great variety. Definitely recommend and would stay there again!

Small family run bed and breakfast Hotel, with a lovely housekeeper who looked after us at breakfast time and kept our rooms clean.

The beds were a little harder than we are used to, but others may like this.

Breakfast was exceptionally good. Abundant, varied, well served. The room was very nice as well, not to mention a little balcony with a view of the mountains and the lake. Special thanks to the hosts for their hospitality and kindness.

Near Exporivashoe

During the winter it was not cold but also not heat inside the room! We cannot control the room temperature. It should have air condictioner. The breackfast is too small, if you don´t arrive early, you will not have a cleaned table.

Good value for money and really friendly staff. Short walk from the lake front and free public parking in front of the house. Exactly what we were looking for. Thank you
