Everything was perfect and more than perfect. I really enyojed staying at Amica Roma Guest house. It has a good location because the bus stop is near. We always used bus number 30 to go to city center. Also is perfect because you have breakfast everyday. It’s like real Italian breakfast coffee and croissant. Rooms are very clean and they are handled every single day. The staff deserves spacial thanks because Laura was so nice and helpful, Christine(I think so) was so nice too. And I need to mention thah the vibe, the interior is soooo Italian. It gives you such a good feelings. Definetely would book again.

This was my first trip to Italy. And straight to Rome. I really wanted a place to sleep and relax that would not spoil the impression of the trip. Therefore, I chose the hotel for a long time and very carefully. I chose Amica Roma Guest House and I was right! The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance of the Vatican and the metro. Very cozy and comfortable room. Very tasty breakfasts! And a wonderful, sincere host Robert. Staying at this hotel only enhanced my wonderful feelings from a trip to magical Rome!

Exactly as described. Brilliant location in the heart of Rome, probably about a 10-15 walk from the Vatican and a 25-30 minute walk from other key tourist sites. The area is quite residential too so away from the hustle and bustle of the usual tourist traps. Air con great (perfect for a Roman summer!) and was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. Great value for money in my view.

the placement is really nice, 700 m to metro if you need, 30 minutes by foot to Vatican! The owner was super nice and helpful, we agreed on late night check in (it’s not so common for Italy I need to say), help us with taxi from airport, was friendly with dog (it’s possible to stay with dog there). The breakfast is good, not only sweet as usually in Italy, but eggs, ham/cheese, some extra. It’s nice. We was really happy and glad by standing in Amica Roma, thank you so much! You do a good job and level of service for an affordable price

Everything was satisfactory, the room was cleaned daily, and the breakfasts were updated. Thanks to Laura for the constant communication, she contacted us before our arrival and sent instructions. The hotel is located in a quiet area, there is a bus stop 2 minutes away, and the metro is 5-6 minutes away, which is very convenient.

Wi-Fi was sometimes turned off for a short time.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Amica Roma B&B. Roberto is a wonderful host. He made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh sheets and towels. Breakfast was lovely. My husband really loved the espresso! We really appreciated staying outside of the main tourist area in Rome. The area was very quiet and clean with lots of great restaurants and cafes. Merci encore Roberto!

The B&B has a good location, near the metro. We had a very good communication with Roberto and everthing was perfect. He prepared the room a bit earlier when we arrived and helped us with keeping the luggage in our last day. The place is spotless clean. Very good breakfast and the home made sweets were delicious. Roberto is very detailed oriented in order to offer best services to his guests. We totally recommend this place !!

Roberto was such an amazing,kind,sweet and friendly host. The area is pretty quiet and safe Far away from the noisy and busy center of Rome but with a metro station nearby. Bed was comfy and Roberto made sure that we had clean bedshits and towels every day. Breakfast was really good.

Some of the other guest were a bit noisy. But that happened a few times during our stay there. In general it was nice and quiet.

this is definitely value for moeny. the place is located within the quiet neighborhood of rome, where you will be safe walking at night. moreover, the owner is simply incomparable. he will personally serve your daily breakfast and attend to your needs.he even provided pastries the night before we checked out for our breakfast when we informed him that we would be leaving at 430 the following morning.

Roberto is a great host!! my friend and I arrived before lunch time and the room was already ready to check in, really helpful for us to freshen up after a long flight!! The room is clean, balcony is nice. The breakfast and coffee every morning was lovely. this B&B location is great, walking distance to Vatican, St Angelo’s. It locates in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here :)
