As long as you inform your arrival time and make sure you arrive within the given hours you will not have any problems. This is an apartment that has been rebuilt to have separate rooms. The room is not very large but well equipped. Plus for the included breakfast at a nearby bakery. Sheets are changed every day and towels as well. Calm neighbourhood. About 7 minutes walk to the metro station. 20 minutes to Saint Peter's Square. The owner speaks good English. The staff does not but tries their best to help and are very nice.

The floors could have been swept a bit better.

Very calm, safe and great location, near Vatican, everything else is reachable by subway. The room was very clean, the host is great and very kind person. Breakfast is in nearby cafe by vouchers provided by the host (need to go 150 mt to grab your croissant and coffee). The property has an elevator which is great when you have luggages. PS: shampoo and shower gel is not provided by the property.

Good value for money. Good size room, clean, quiet area. TV and mini fridge included.

The check-in process. I had to call the owner once I arrived, and he talked me through getting into the room and checking in. With the possibility of not having a good connection or my phone's battery being dead, it worries me what could have happened if I couldn't actually call him.

The neighborhood is really quiet and very close to Vatican city. Close to the metro station and bus top. No noise from outside. AC worked fine.

The shower drainage was full of hair, which I had to clean. The kettle was dirty with limescale.

The location was a walking distance from Stadio Olimpico and all main landmarks. The room had everything you might need for a short visit - a minifridge, a kettle, a hairdryer. The room and the ensuite bathroom were clean.

The barhroom.was very small but overall, an incredible value for the money. Would stay again!

I didn't have breakfast there but grabbed some food and a coffee on my way to the taxi eroi down the road, as pointed out by Alessandro. I travelled to Rome from Siena by bus and had a couple of problems with the bus operators. My first choice got cancelled as it was about to turn up. Actually over subscribed. Instead of a morning bus the next available time was scheduled for 5:15pm but didn't turn up until 6pm and left at 6:05. I had to notify Alessandro several times of my changing estimated arrival time. He was very understanding and extremely helpful. The security arrangements for the property were excellent and Alessandro's help in that regard was very explicit and accommodative.

I missed the opportunity to have a walk around the area as I normally like to do. The flat was in a pretty central area for me with options to go where I wanted to go. That was purely a result of the bus company bad management and had nothing to do with the accommodation.

Great location, comfortable bed, clean. Possible late check-in without any problem, thank you very much for your understanding (plane delay). The price includes a delicious Italian breakfast at Tony's :). Close to the Vatican and Trastevere.

It was a clean and low cost guest house. The location is close to some tourist attractions and to the subway train station. Just a few steps only to the city of Vatican. You can also leave your luggage once you check out. There is no problem also even if you arrive late. The host is very kind.

Air conditioner is not working properly.

Excellent location very close to Vatican and Tiber. 10 minute walk. Close to buses and metro. Very nice little room with a shower and private bathroom,, very quiet and calm,, I enjoyed my stay here and recommend it for the value. The host was very helpful.

At arrival had some hardship trying to locate the BB because we overlooked the printing on the call sign.
