Despite my inability to speak much useful Italian, the host Michela did a fantastic job of guiding me to the room (it's located in a larger multi-purpose facility), checking me in and explaining everything, and arranging an early morning taxi to the airport. The room was nice & clean, and the bed comfortable. There's a small balcony as well. There was a hot water maker for tea/coffee. (A mini-fridge would be a welcome addition!). The A/C worked wonderfully. The facility is located on a pretty residential street not far from a couple of metro stops. It's a 20-25 walk to the city center ruins, but the location doesn't have any tourists and had an authentic local flair. Thanks Michela!

The rooms of this small apartment (on the fourth floor) are really very nice, with a nice design. My room was large enough with a nice balcony, perfect for those who smoke or just want to eat out. In the room you will find a minibar, a kettle, a small safe, a hair dryer, TV and extra blankets. The owners are very nice and the breakfast (if it is included) is made in a lovely bar with very friendly bartenders two minutes from the apartment.

Honestly the elevator is really very old and should be changed, but this is not a problem that the owners can solve.

Location is near the Ottaviano Metro station (4 min) which was excellent for us to go where ever we want to (Fontana Trevi is 3 stations away). Room was cosy and clean, and the bathroom was spacious enough with all required facilities. Everything was clean and neat. Our room had small balcony which was also nice. You can hear the traffic from the main street but we wasn't disturbed by that and had some great sleep nights on very comfortable bed.

First of all, the host Michela is the sweetest lady ever. Very friendly and kind ☺️ The best thing about the property is it’s location. You are close to everything in the city, 10-15 minutes from Vatican, you can walk everywhere and the bus stops are very close to the building.

If you’re a light sleeper like I am, you would find that sometimes it is a little bit loud in the apartment, from the street noise and people who are staying in other rooms. But it wasn’t too bad.

Micaela is very friendly and gentle, and do a lot of good recomendations, i.e., the bar for breakfast, shaby's: a jewel, with great coffee. The place is walking distance from Vatican city. Clean, and appealing. Nice details as teas, coffe, complimentary water and ear plugs

As feedback for Milizie 76, at least in my room, the quality of the bed, to be improved. Still, I would consider as option for future visits to Rome.

It was a very pleasant stay. Michela is a very nice and supportive person. The location is convenient and I really enjoyed the neighbourhood. It was quite calm but also everything is nearby. Pastry shops, bars are great. The room was tidy and the balcony was a very nice addition. I would like to come back again.

From the pictures I hadn’t expected kitchen to basically be with bathroom. It’s in front of shower. I ended up not using stovetop and, had i known, I’d have compared price & location to places with only fridge.

As A female solo traveler I felt extremely safe here, it’s run by A mother and daughter that were very helpful. The location is quite far out of the hussle and bussle by foot but the buses are easy and close. I think it was great value for money, huge balcony, clean and comfortable stay!

The bathroom shower curtains need to be replaced. Link slimy mould all over them. I did let the cleaner know about this. it’s a small non expensive fix so hopefully this is seen to.

Impeccable room and excellent communication with the hosts, very close to the Vatican and Castillo Sant'Angelo, supermarket, restaurants, coffee, train, bus and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.
