- location - easy access to the city center. 5 min walk to the metro - Ease of access - easily accessed via lift to level 6 - WiFi - WiFi worked well - Bed - comfortable - air conditioning to make the room appropriately warm/cool - Other facilities - appreciated the breakfast option. breakfast was simple mostly prepackaged pastry/sweets, but it was something. appreciated that the host made an effort to cater for for my allergies (coeliac and dairy free). the host also let us use the min fridge in the kitchen to store leftovers as we needed which we were grateful for. - Host - Sharon was friendly and responsive via WhatsApp. - Noise - property was quiet, and we never saw any other tenants even at breakfast - Luggage storage - happy to store luggage prior to check in - Cleanliness - property was clean and tidy

- Shower - was nice and hot, however pressure was really poor - Safety/security - we were extremely disappointed and stressed to come home late on our second night to find the balcony to our room open and our luggage moved around. When we contacted Sharon, she advised not to stress as someone had been in to check on things (despite our do not disturb sign) and had just forgotten to close the balcony. while I understand that they have a right to access our room, I find it completely unacceptable that we were not notified of this prior, particularly as we had put the do not disturb sign up. This made us extremely uneasy leaving all of our belongings in the room the next day

I only stayed here 1 night in June '23. The room was clean and the owner, Sharon, was extremely gracious. She has a cute little continental breakfast area set up for you in the morning. The apartment is just outside of Rome's original city centre walls. But, the metro is around the corner and the taxi station is a short walk just back through the wall. If you are looking for a more economical stay and don't mind that you'd be outside the main attraction areas, this may be an option for you.

The area of Rome itself is not as clean as other areas in the city centre.

Fabulous little place for short stay in Rome. Walking distance to all tourist attractions, metro only few mins walk too. Amazing restaurants in the area, we went to sardinian restaurant just a round the corner and had the nicest meal in Rome! The room was lovely, has everything you need for a short stay. Very comfy bed! Breakfast selection is great if you like your breakfast sweet. There is a small fridge in the kitchen if you'd like to store something personal for breakfast. Sharon was very pleasant and helpful, thank you 🌺

No healthy options for breakfast, but that's 100% personal preference as I don't eat cakes for bfast. I had no issues to buy few slices of meat and cheese and store them in the fridge

Perfect location. Secure and super clean! Our own bathroom which was modern and awesome. She had little details that add to the comfort and coziness of the room. I loved that there was a designated area similar to a cafe. With coffee, cereal, milk, pastries, espresso as well as fresh oranges to make your very own orange juice. I would stay here as a single female traveler and feel perfectly safe!

Amazing location, lovely place. The host was really really nice and always happy to help with everything we needed. The breakfast was really good as well (mostly sweets, but I think this is a common thing in Italy). However, there were yogurt, wurst and sandwich cheese as well. I liked that every morning there were different cakes/croissants etc. The room was cleaned everyday as well.

There were some ants in the room

Sharon was an amazing host. Check in was very clear. Rooms were amazing value and clean . Room sizes great. Loved having breakfast out on our balcony.

the location, cleaning, balcony and the nice view, nice coffee, friendly hosts who were always available for us and would bring us whatever we needed.

the bath cabin drain was clogged or just not working properly. no proper white cover for the blankets unfortunately.

The hosts were kind and responsive. The bed was comfortable and our room was cleaned every day excellently. The breakfast in the morning was satisfying.

In February, the rooms were a little cold, but when we turned on the air conditioner, it was fine.

Sharon is an amazing human! Very polite and friendly, very kind and willing to help, very careful with all the details, even though she was in the last days of her pregnancy. 🥰 lovely experience, honestly!

Great location, excellent hosts, I could message them on WhatsApp at any time and they were very responsive. Let us leave luggage on our last day so we could explore the city before leaving
