I had a fantastic stay at this charming RomanticDreams B&B in Rome! The room was spotless - Room 4, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Even though it’s just a B&B room has been cleaned and tidy up daily, even we have asked for an extra blanket which was immediately dealt with it, and the communication with the owner-Gianni was very good. The location was perfect—within walking distance of major sights like the Colosseum (25 minutes of walking distance, or take the bus which was close enough the bus station and get there in a few minutes) and Basilica San Giovanni Di Laterano ( which was at 9 minutes walking distance) , yet tucked away in a quiet, charming neighbourhood. Bus station close to the B&B like 1-2minutes distance, depends where about you would prefer to go, as well as Metro station like 5 minutes away. Supermarkets they were close as well, in case if you would like to buy something, as well as a nice and cozy bistro with pastry/cakes and coffee. RomanticDreams offers breakfast as well which looked delicious ( we have chosen to have b-fast in town, but we have noticed what was in the kitchen), with fresh pastries, coffee, and a variety of options to start the day right. Overall, an amazing experience! I highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Rome and looking for a cozy, well-located, and friendly place to stay. I will definitely return!

We have loved our stay with this B&B Romantic Dreams, there is nothing that I did not liked, but I will have a suggestion - maybe a shower gel available at the bathroom, apart from this everything was alright with our stay. We have already recommend this B&B and we will do it in future as well as I hope to return to them.

The room was very spacious and welcoming. They had a small elevator which was very convenient. There was o it a short walk to the metro which was nice! They had a communal kitchen which they offering sweets and coffee. However, the kitchen sink wasn’t working so it was hard for us to fill up our water bottles or make coffee for ourselves.

This is my own fault but when we were booking, we didn’t realize that we were technically renting out a room, rather than the entire apartment. Or at least I thought this is a boutique hotel and we were getting a room. Our bathroom was outside of the room and it was private for only us but it was a little inconvenient to have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Romantic Dreams, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location of the property was incredibly convenient. Situated near both the metro and bus station so we were able to get city center and Termini station very quickly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for relaxing, convenient and comfortable stay.

Size of room, kitchen, comfort bed. The staff was amazing! They do everything for you to feel at home! Restaurants around are at a reasonable price and the food is really good. Comfortable bed. Free snacks and coffee/tea. Nice size of bathroom.

The walls are quite thin and a few nights we could hear the people in the next room, which kind of bothered our sleep. It's a bit of a journey to get anywhere, but the metro or a taxi help. Taxi from Colisseo was about 12 euros. There's a lift, but to get to the lift, we had to go up a flight of stairs. Not a big deal, I'm only mentioning so people who have babies are aware. The toilet was private but it was out of the room.

The hosts were really helphul and kind, the room was perfect size and - as advertised - had a seperate bathroom which was clean and had everything one could need. The kitchen was also equipped with a lot of equiptment, although it lacked a corkscrew and wine glasses.

The only thing I can mention is the sound proofing which the apartment lacked. Maybe it is customary in Rome but the neighbours were really loud on the first 2 nights of our stay, which meant we could not really sleep well. After they were gone though the noise was also fine.

An incredible place to stay! It's very close to the metro, which makes it a few minutes from the main Roma attractions. The room is spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The hosts were communicative and helpful too, allowing us to check out late on our final day so we could enjoy our last morning in Rome. Grazie mille!

The tap in the kitchen didn't work at the time, which meant getting drinking water was a bit difficult. However, the host did leave bottled water for us to use which was nice. Other than that, it was fantastic 😊

We liked the atmosphere. And we think the value for the is quite good. Airconditioning was nice. Daily cleaning and making the beds was very good.

Our bathroom was across the hal. But we were peviously informed to be honoust. The kitchensink could not be used. Hopefully this will be fixed. The single bed was uncomfortable. I'm

The two owners of this property are beyond nice and helpful. They were quick to answer all of my texts and questions with great help. We had our own bathroom and room which was also very nice. TV and Alexa in the room are a plus. We are study abroad students with higher taste but a low budget, so this was perfect and met our standards if that says anything.

The location was not ideal. it was pretty far from the main center and was not in the most beautiful part of the city, but for the price and everything else, it was worth it for me.

Very clean room, they are cleaning everyday. Very nice host, she helped us with a lot of informations about bus stations, restaurants, etc. Location are 2 km from Colloseum, close to metro station. The kitchen have everything you need( coffe, cereals, milk, yogurt, butter, and also they bring us croissants everyday).I really reccomend it!

Some slippers would be very helpful.

Atmosphere, clean, location (metro is in few mins), balcony, good host The host recommended a free app with places to eat and visit nearby, that was really cool!

To go to the private bathroom you need to go through the common hall. Not really convenient if there are several guests in other rooms
