Domus Appia 154 B&B0

This hotel is located very close to the metro station and is about 20 minutes to walk from colosseum, so the location is quite good for people who like to walk a bit. The owner of this hotel an his wife were very helpful they let us in even though it was 12 o'clock (the check-in was on 3 p.m). they also helped us to find taxi and they gave us many recommendations about the sights. The room was very clean and the price is reasonable. I totally recommend this Hotel.

only thing that was a bit uncomfortable, was the little bath cabin.

Location was great, central to many restaurants, takeaways, supermarkets and general stores witch were all relatively priced. The area was quieter than right in the middle of rome and only a short subway ride away.

One of the best B&Bs we have stayed at. The rooms are big with nice views over the street, however quiet at night. Super clean and breakfast was more than we expected. The proprietor Renato is such a warm host, sharing many of the things to see at this time of year. He spoke English too! We were travelling with our bicycles, and was super helpful in securing them well, and even being able to assist us with some chain oil. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

The attention of Renato and his wife was great, always willing to help. The first day he gave us a map and indications to the main touristic places. They clean and organize the bedroom daily and is very appreciated. The building is well located and has a metro station, restaurants and a supermarket near.

Even when the breakfast is included would be great to have variety especially when you are staying for several nights. The cleanliness of the bathroom would be improved.

We love staying at Domus Appia. Our 2nd time staying there. The owner is very nice, speaks English, the location is out of the busy toristy core so you feel you are in a nice neighborhood that people like in. And the Metro is just a few steps away. Nice setup in the B&B and some, like our room with a view of the street but up high enough to not be noisy. Great value.

Nothing... everything was good.

Great quiet place, the owner of the hotel is very hospitable. Breakfast is good, especially Italian croissants)) The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, hair dryer and TV, but only with national channels). During the days of our visit to Rome it was raining and Renato offered us an umbrella. We will definitely return to this hotel!

Our hosts were the nicest people. The room was very clean and cosy, bed super comfortable. Very clean bathroom with everything you need and even more.Situated 1min walk from Re Di Roma metro station and also plenty of bus options.We would definitely recommend and definitely would come back.

Mr Renato and his wife were very helpful and kind. The room was cleaned daily and clean towels were provided every day. Although, it was located in the city center the transportation was really convenient (either by bus or metro). We would definitely recommend it and we intend to visit Rome and Domus Appia 154 B&B soon.

Very friendly owner. Nice, clean room. A few steps away from the Re Di Roma subway station.

The (Italian) breakfast is very simple. Some bread, some croissants (both coming from the nearby supermarket), and some fruit or yoghurt. Fine if you stay for 1 or 2 days, but when you stay for a whole week (as we did), it gets a bit boring and repetitive.

Very nice staff - friendly with toddlers, location not too touristy, working elevator, comfortable rooms. Good value - something between airbnb and actual hotel.

Breakfast is pretty much sweet only, but I guess that is how it works in Rome - mostly coffee and croissants.
