Fantastic location for our first trip to Rome together. So easy to walk to the Colosseum and beautiful parks. A nice Cafe right across the street in the mornings. Many restaurants within easy walking distance. Walking around the Colosseum at night is magical. Taxi from the airport to here was painless and they were kind to hold our luggage while we explored until checkin time. A taxi stand a few blocks away makes it easy to head to the next destination.

Good spacious room. Convenient to all the major tourist sites. Lovely neighborhood.

The hot water didn't work at all for the first two nights of our stay. Even after it was finally repaired, it was either hot or cold, no in between, never warm. Just hot or cold. That made it hard to shower. Enrique was very nice and attentive, but a cold shower is still a cold shower. If the management can fix the water problem, that would make this place perfect.

The location is perfect for visiting a lot of the main atractions . Rooms are super clean, bathrooms where big and had all needed toiletries,beds very confortable,we had also a coffe machine and coffe and tea provieded. The view from the balcony was great. There are a lot of coffe shops and restaurants really close ,ones even outside de building,which was perfect for the evenings when we were tired after the long walks during the day,there is also a non stop store right outside. Special thanks goes to Enrique,who is not only super nice,but also very organized,answering all questiones well in advance,and provieding all needed info for transport,recomandationes for restaurants,shops etc.His help was more then appreciated.

Maybe a bit noisy on the street,but then again this is not something the B&B can actually control,considering the restaurants outside the building,plus I am sure this is something quite normal for Rome.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this incredible B&B in the center of Rome, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect—seamless check-in, a spotless and beautifully decorated space, and the most breathtaking view imaginable of Colosseum. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from major attractions, fantastic traditional restaurants, and charming cafés. The host, Enrique, was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and full of great local recommendations. If you’re looking for a place with charm, comfort, and an unbeatable view in Rome, this is it. First of all hello everyone.. We recommend this hotel, which is 20 minutes walking distance from Roma Termini train station, to everyone. We stayed with my wife for 2 days. Cleanliness, the size of the room is very nice. The supermarket open 7x24 nearby and the fountain with drinking water just ahead, its proximity to the Colosseum and the location to the historical points of Rome are great.. Everything you are looking for in the room is available from toothpaste to ear sticks and even coffee capsules.. But the most important point is Enrique's hospitality, being a great person and friend. Thank you Enrique, thank you B&B Santi Quattro Al Colosseo.. 🙏🏻

The property was in an ideal location. Although a single bed was placed in the same room as the master bed there was plenty for space for our family and we still felt like we had our own space. The authenticity of the courtyard going into the apartment was a beautiful touch. Aswell as the kitchen facilities, I wish I knew about this prior but there is everything you need, provided to be able to make breakfast/lunch if needed.

The location shown on booking.com shows one of the properties however they have multiple. They are all still around the colosseum however we didn’t have an accessible view of this. But it was only a 30 second walk until your in view of it so do not let this put you off!

The location was excellent. The room was a very good standard and the dining room was somethingI never expected to have, so could eat my breakfast there. The balcony is communal, but only ever saw two other people on it, but had a great view of the Colleaseum. In the room, it had a mini fridge, an expresso machine and free WiFi and TV.

This is definitely not a critism, but some cleaning facilities for the dishes I used would have been a bonus. Maybe a toaster in the dining area to make toast to go with my serial.

Very comfortable rooms especially the beds & good air conditioning The host Enrique was very kind and accomodating & always available to answer queries. Location amazing with view of Colosseum from the balcony opening off the breakfast room. Tram, bus, metro & taxi all within easy walking distance. Small supermarket nearby enabled us to buy breakfast food Many very good local restaurants

One of our rooms was in the Annexe which was several buildings down the road. Very inconvenient & had no refrigerator

First time in Rome and took a gamble booking a B&B rather than a hotel, but oh how exceptional it was! Not only was the location unfathomably good with the view of Colosseum just down the road and with a metro station just a few minutes away if you need transport to/from Roma Termini, but the host was so welcoming and helping with tips/tricks and the room itself was beautiful. Light, fresh and perfect for a few nights stay. Would say you get ridiculously much more than what you pay for.

Loved absolutely everything. The location, the room, the cleanliness, the customer service. Enrique the host was absolutely amazing and so responsive and accommodated all our requests. We were able to check in early and on our last day we were able to store our bags till our flight time. He also helped us with suggestions on restaurants and how to get around the city. The location is so ideal. Literally a few min walk to the colosseum. So central to everything. And there's a 24 hour grocery store 2 mins away. So convenient. The best part was the room and how charming and clean it was. It was so spacious and the beds were so comfortable. I highly recommend this place. One of the best places we stayed at EVER!
