The room was beautiful, with high ceilings and matching decoration. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The location was perfect!

We weren’t informed that there was a construction happening to the building’s facade which blocked our entire window and eliminated all natural light from coming in. Our window wouldn’t even open fully because of the construction. I wish we would’ve been informed in advance, as it changed our experience A LOT. If we’d known we would have booked another room. We had no view, no natural light, and no ventilation because of this.

everything was perfect. the room was clean and tidy. we enjoyed it very much. The people at the reception were very nice to us and very helpful. They allowed our luggage to stay there until late hours. thanks for everything

Only the room was a little small. There wasn't much space to put the suitcases, but other than that we liked everything

The hotel is perfect for those who will spend the day walking and are not looking for luxury rooms but comfortable, cosy, and convenient. The location is just perfect. Close to metro, to bus stops, and you can walk to all major sightseeings. The Coliseum is "just around the corner." There's many restaurants around, and the supermarket is 2 blocks away. For me and my sister, this place was perfect, as we only use hotels to sleep.

The water from our shower never got hot. It was just warm. I didn't care cause it was not so cold outside (20-16°c), but if it was during winter, it would be hard to shower.

The hotel is a small boutique hotel and its newly restorated. It was 2 min walk to Colosseo and 15 min to the cebter. Around the hotel, there were restaurants, good places for breakfast and a 24/7 open carrefour mini market. Rooms and bathrooms were really clean, room service was coming every day. We had clean white striped satin bedsheets. Even though it was a bit small it was quite comfortable. Staff was pretty welcoming and kind. They offered us to leave our luggages after check-out on our last day.

The hotel was very calm and quiet and felt very safe but it's in a very fun and busy restaurant area and very close to the Cololseo!! Public transportation very easy from the hotel. The staff was delightful and helpful. The rooms were furnished simply but with a nice Italian aesthetic, the common areas were pretty and welcoming. There's a coffee bar in the hotel with lovely cake. It was a very good value.

The location, the staff, the bars and restaurants near by, it is safe (next to a police station).

The mattress - on a king sized bed there were two separated mattresses which were biger then the size of the bed and were spliting during your sleep so each time you have to stand up and make up the bed. Also, from time to time there was no hot watter to take a shower.

Great location, plenty of stuff nearby (restaurants, shopping, transit, and especially the Colosseum), decent (European) room size for 3 girls and all of our stuff, bathroom a bit small but functional, easy to get in and out of the room and the building, convenient with coffee and wine in lobby, super nice staff

We couldn't figure out how to turn on the AC (to have on at night instead of opening the window), but it may not have been turned on yet (we were there late April). Also couldn't figure out how to turn on just the fan in the system (the heat just kicked on). We also didn't ask how to do either of these things since we were only there for 3 nights and the open window cooled the room off pretty well.

The room was nice, we had a good time since it was cozy and comfortable, the location was lovely, really close to the colosseum and some nice restaurants. The area was safe and we felt really good staying there.

The chek out is too early, from 8am to 10am.
