The location was great - very close to Vatican or Castel Sant' Angelo, and the other main sights are within walking distance. One of the stops of Sit Bus Shuttle (connecting the airport to Termini station) is right next to B&B so it can be easily reached from the airport. The room was spotless clean, comfortable and the breakfast was okay. Overall, we were pretty satisfied.

The staff was not responsive to messages on Booking.com so I had to call them to clarify my questions. The instructions of how to enter the B&B was sent at very last moment, and they seemed a bit complex and complicated at first.

Almost perfect! Super friendly staff! Very beautiful and clean rooms with everything you might need (even disposable razors and toothbrushes). There were complementary wine and snacks, minibar, slippers. The breakfast is good for Italy, they served not only sweet options and good coffee. Very comfortable bed and pillows! The b&b is located near the historical centre (around 20min walk to Pantheon), there is a bus to the Fiumicino airport right around the corner. I would stay again!

Some minor things that could be significant for someone: - there was an inner door to other room in our room. That brings poor soundproofing - the windows are covered with semi transparent coating, so there is a little bit dark in the room But all il all the b&b is still very good quality!

1. the staff that guided us through the check in were very friendly and helpful. They also provided very useful information about the amenities nearby. 2. the room was clean and roomy and we like the minibar and the breakfast provided. 3. the location is quiet and central, with 5-10 minutes walking to Vatican City or the castle of sant'angelo.

Although we found a tiny glitch in the cap of the toilet, the general experience is still beyond expectation.

The friendliness and flexibility of the person at the reception. He was always helpful and avaiable to offer information, assistance of any kinds. Also, the water and amenity was replenished daily and the welcome drink (mini wine) was an excellent touch to make us feel welcomed.

None. (Only safety box was not working but it was not a dealbreaker as the alternative solution was offered immediately).

The room was lovely, very new, clean, modern, very nice bathroom. The breakfast host was very kind and helpful. A great place to stay in Rome! A littler further to the city, 10 minute walk to Metro, but at the same time in a lovely quiet neighborhood near the Vatican and with still plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby including restaurant right outside of the building (very busy). In addition room included refrigerator with complementary cold drinks, wine, and snacks, a nice touch after long days in Rome.

Where do we Start , The Host Fredrica arrived on a Scooter, Brilliant, She was friendly and Very helpful, The room was Superior class, That is if your on a Honeymoon or Anniversary its ideal, I'm single so I got a Great room. The Breakfast was very good, Everything you Really needed, location was ideal ,Vatican, Pantheon ,Collesum all within Reach, Very Good Restaurants around the corner. Margots is nice and Reasonable priced. If you want something different this is the place to go, I don't know about Children.

Get use to Motorised doors.

this was an amazing property! the staff was incredibly helpful and sincerely gracious. they even had the most adorable crib and baby blanket! I called a few hours before arriving needing parking (the location is in a prime spot and parking is basically always full), and the sweetest lady (Federicia) went and reserved me a parking spot close to the BnB. exceptional service in an exceptional place. would definitely stay there once again, no hesitation!

We had a spacious room and the property was clean and security was good. The location was close to Vatican and Colosseum and other things you want to see. Breakfast was included in a restaurant just downstairs. There were many nice restaurants in the neighborhood that you could walk to. Very nice!

Very good location near the Vatican but away from the bustle. Bed and bathrooms good size and bed was comfortable.

Some street noise at night with restaurant down below, but not that bad and restaurant got quiet after 11. Windows shut out all noise.
