Room was lovely, lots of nice little touches by the owner to make our stay extra special. Fantastic location close to the Vatican but right next to the river so easy access to all attractions. We checked in late due to our flight and this was made simple with fantastic communication from Camilla, would definitely recommend and most definitely stay again if we ever get the chance!

From the beginning we had a good feeling with this booking. We read some very positive reviews and at the end we could confirm them. The room was stylish and convenient. The bed was perfect and the room spotless clean. At the reception we got plenty of recommendations about the city and the „how-to‘s“. The breakfast wasn’t served at the hotel . For every day we got a voucher to get our breakfast at a bar, around the corner. The voucher is „only“ 2€ . You get a coffee and a pastry. For us this was enough. If not you can get a coffee and a pastry for two additional euros, try to get this somewhere else in Rome.

The location was awesome. It was very clean. Camilla (I believe that was her name) who ran the place was amazing. She was so helpful with booking us taxis, giving us advice on gelato places, and served us an espresso mid afternoon. It only has 4 rooms that I saw.

Our room was on the street (Scent of Lilac room) so you definitely need earplugs. But with earplugs we slept well. The other 3 rooms aren’t on the street. We ended up paying $200CAD/night (€270.00)which seems expensive to me for a place with no amenities but maybe that’s just Rome.

The hospitality of the host was outstanding, giving us suggestions on good restaurants, being very flexible and attentive to our check-in and a check-out times and also giving us a little surprise on the last night. It is very central, close to the Vatican and to the centre of Rome. The room was cleaned every day with new breakfast items replenished. We were give an 2 € voucher for breakfast at a nearby café, which we only used once, because the items provided were enough (an assortment of coffees and teas, a big chocolate-filled pastry, cookies and milk). Even though it was cold outside, the room was warm and we didn’t have to turn on the heater at any time.

The walls are somewhat thin and noises can be easily heard from other rooms.

Ms. Camilla was extremely polite and helpful. Apart from sending information on WhatsApp about how to check-in at the hotel, she also helped us with other issues, such as how to get to the hotel from Fimincino airport - there is a bus that takes you directly from Terminal 3 to 25 meters from the entrance of the hotel. The same bus can be used to go back to the airport. The room itself is recently renovated, the furniture was decent and the bathroom was in a very good condition. The linen, the towels and the room in general was clean, which is very important to me. There was a daily cleaning service as well, which was a pleasant surprise, for this type of hotel. Breakfast was served at a nearby coffee shop, which offered a few options of local breakfast. Together with the discount offered for all hotel guests, I ended up paying between 3 and 5 Euros for two people for a decent breackfast, which I thought it was good. Most of all, the location was superb! I went to Rome for the first time and I wanted to visit as many places as I possibly could. It was possible to walk to most important monuments (Colosseum, Vatican, Fontana Di Trevi, etc.) and I liked that a lot. Even if I wanted to take the bus/metro, there were numerous options around the area to go to most places. Lastly, there were a few decent restaurants and coffee shops in the area, which was a plus.

The view from the window in the room was very poor. It was a semi-basement (it must have been an old cellar of the building, modified to turn it into a bedroom) with a window that did not offer a great view. However, as the hours we spent at the room were minimal, we did not mind all that much about the view. On the last day, we were informed that we need to pay a city tax. The amount was 28 Euros for 4 nights, so it was not the end of the world, but I did not like it. The amenities could be better, like the shampoo and shower gel. Generally, my dislikes were not all that important and I would gladly recommend the place to a friend or re-visit if I can.

The Residenza is in a fabulous location and (despite being next to a busy road) offers a very quiet bedroom of substantial size and comfort. Camilla was a superstar, coping with our being later than expected for check-in and sorting out soaking wet clothes we'd arrived in. We loved the little tray with heart shaped bowl of snacks, and scattered 'rose petals', waiting for us on day 2. Breakfast is in a little cafe around the corner - traditional Italian coffee and sweet cakes - very yummy. I strongly recommend Residenza Adriana for a stay in Roma.

Nothing comes to mind.

The location is perfect and a short 10-15 minute walk to the Vatican or Piazza Navona. The host, Camilla is superb. Very friendly and always on hand to answer any questions. From the initial advice on the best way to get there from the airport and the best way to get around Rome, Camilla was fantastic. There are 4 bedrooms, with own en-suite bathrooms within the accommodation, perfect for a small group of friends/family travelling together.

Nothing, keep up the great work.

The location of the room is good and one can easily reach the center of Rome as well as the Vatican City within a 15 minutes walk or by public transport. It felt very safe around, and was very quiet in the evenings. The room was sparkling clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay in Rome. It also had an air conditioning which was a big advantage during the hot days. The hostess was extremely nice and helpful, and very welcoming. Would definitely recommend the place!
