Bathroom bit outdated. Fine for a few days, perfectly functional but could do with a spruce up

Great location, basic but clean. Had everything we needed, fresh clean sheets and towels and a nice big shower that was easy to work

The walls are quite thin and Rome is a night time city but I also have sensitive hearing so always have earplugs with me, so I would recommend.

Staff were pleasant, kind, and helpful. It is close to Castello D’Angelo on the Tiber, so we used it as a navigation point. One block away we’re several places to eat and an excellent gelateria!

Some marks on the wall and shower is very small. However this is typical of Italy.

The location was perfect, only 5 min away from st. Peter's basilica, there's a carrefour just a min away, the nearest metro was atleast 12 mins walk, also 7 min walk from HOHO bus, also sabrina was so helpful, she helped us carry our luggages to our room, she was too friendly and accomodating. Another staff which i forgot to ask her name was too nice to even book us a taxi going to the airport. I really appreciate the staff in this hotel..

I had to pay an extra 10 eur/day for using the aircondition and its not winter yet so you really have no choice but to pay for it and we stayed for 5 days 😔, otherwise everything was convenient.

Location is very good, near by Sant Angelo castle, from our room We could see the castle. From the all important attraction You are approximately 15-20 minutes (walking). One of the best thing about hotel is location and the employees. Special credit We are giving to Mr. Marino who was very good host, polite, and he provided us with useful information about Rome, restaurants, shortcuts, and thanks to him, We saw much more than We expected. Also girls were excellent Valentina, Emanuela, gave to us useful information about points were coffee and pizza is the best. I would recommend this place if You are type of guests who explore cities.

The location of the Hotel is excellent, right near the Vatican. The rooms are fine, according to the price. The bathroom is clean, without any complaints. There is a bus station near the Hotel, a metro station is a little further away. Everything is within reach, on foot or by bus. Across the street from the hotel is a well-stocked store. All in all, the Hotel was OK, in line with the price. Very friendly staff at the reception.

Air conditioning is charged additionally. Small repairs should be done around the Hotel. The door handle fell off every time we locked the room. The light on the terrace did not work, but after we reported it to the reception, it was fixed. The only complaint is the check in time. Our flight was delayed several times. It was supposed to take off at 14:00, but it ended up taking off at 19:00. We landed in Rome a little after 20:00. The staff said they couldn't wait for us after 21:00, so one of us (two families were traveling) took a taxi to get to the hotel to collect the keys, even though we had a shuttle bus booked.

I like that it was very close to everything. You had a view of the other building and you can see the life of Rome from your window.

I didn't like that in the description of the page when you are searching in booking that they don't tell you about the cash fee of the city tax, also about the law of not being able to use the air conditioning. Charging you extra if you want the air conditioning when It was offered in the booking package. And you had until a time to do a check-in. What about if my flight would be delayed, I definitely would lose my room two. Also, tourists like ice. They don't have an ice machine.

The location is excellent and easy to reach with ATAC bus 40 from Termini (20 min). It‘s next door to Castello San Angelo & Vatican with nice Cafés next door and a small supermarket. The bathroom shower was perfect. The elevator was great to have in these hot days.

The bedroom was very small (for two persons) and - with an open window - it was very noisy. There was no a/c in the room. One of the two mattresses was too old and needed to be replaced.

Great location next to the Vatican and not too far away from Metro and buses. The beds were pretty comfy and and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Has basic amenities but worth the price. The hotel supplies towels and washing products. Terrace upstairs.

Only 1 key for a three bed room. This is not close to party life if that's what you want, good for pilgrims.

The hotel is in the center of Rome value for money cause you dont expect too much is 2 star hotel.The receptionist was very friendly helped us and gave us information in every question we had!Also weird for a touristic place as Rome but Receptionist she was the only person that we talked and knew to speak English properly kinda funny :)
