Location is awesome, quite place, very close to a metro, which was used by us everyday. A lot of breakfast spots nearby and iconic attractions as well. Room is very clean and the best thing is that cleaning was done everyday and all towels were replaced everyday as well.

Bed is a bit small for a big couple, first night was a bit hard to get a comfortable sleep. There are also a lack of power sockets, we had to switch off side lights in order to charge our gadgets. Overall it was not a disadvantage, rather a slight discomfort, which could be ignored for a value that was brought by the accommodation

The property is really really beautiful and I will definitely rebook it on my future trip to Rome. Very spacious room and chic interior. Location is amazing as well.

I don’t give 5 stars review only because I didn’t have the chance to meet anybody from the staff, not even hear from them for a communication for WiFi or touristic info about the city. Dental Kit was missing despite was offered some vanity kit. Hair dryer was missing as well. I would suggest the staff to be more accurate with the guests and the quality of the service, it would be always much appreciated to be present and make sure the guests are having a great time.

Location is superb for experienced Rome visitors or for traveler wishing quiet, fashionable neighborhood. some major sights a bit of distance and easily accessible with use of metro, taxi and urban walkers. Darwin and Micheal who tend to property are wonderfully helpful and pleasant. Bathroom with deceptive space, nice towels and Aqua di Parma soap. Many enjoyable, intimate, quality dining spots close by if not interested in trophy dining.

Price to value ratio. May have been surge price due to BNL Italian Open and Bruce Springsteen concert in town.

Would definitely recommend! I am the fussiest traveller and analyse all reviews before I book anything but this property is great value for money. Clean property, comfortable, had all you need in the rooms. Air conditioning present. Prime location! Walking distance to all main attractions. Closest attraction- Spanish steps - 5 minute walk Furthest attraction - Vatican - 30 minute walk Colosseum - 30 minutes

Location is perfect, walking distance to all famous places in Roma. We have had a terrace that is perfect in good weather to spend some free time. Really spectacular design of the hotel. Housekeeping is coming daily. You can always find coffee and tea in the lobby.

I would say room is hafly apartment so it would be nice to have microwave in room or at least in common area. We booked a family room but got triple with an extra bed.

great location - right in the thick of it and on a lovely street. Clean . rooms are very small but didn’t spend much time in it.

No personnel on check in desk 24/7. No toilets in the lobby. They aren’t that flexible about offering late check outs even at a fee. The security code to get in was incorrect when we first arrived. Because there is no personnel at check in there was no one to check out with and we were just expected to leave our bags in the foyer where all the other hotel residents are passing - hardly good for security !

Great location, just 3 minutes walk from Spanish Steps. You can go by walk to all important place. Rooms are a little bit small but they are really clean & functional. We enjoyed the coffee served complementary.

There was nobody at the hotel desk even we arrived in afternoon. You can beter the hotel with a pass code, but they did not inform us before we come.

Great job guys! We did a self check in since we land in rome midnight and it was quite easy to get the keys and just get in the room. It's located right in the center of rome, location 10/10. Andrea the menager helped us with recommendations about the city and tour. Just ask them and they will do all in their power to help. Guys thank you for having us. Recommended 100%

I did not like that I was accommodated in another location, opposite the one presented on the website, and I was not notified about this aspect. The stairs were only lit at the top of the steps. Otherwise, everything is clean. Linen was changed daily.
