The location was perfect being near to Spanish Steps. We stayed for the wekend for the rugby and easy to walk to the stadium with planty of cafes and bars nearby or en route. We had a Junior Suite on 4th floor which was very clean and comfortable. Arrived late (after midnight) but I had made staff aware of arrival time after booking and they arranged a self check in with entry details and room location so that there was no late check in fee. Remainder of check in process conducted in morning. Couldn't fault the place of staff.

Outside doesn't look anything special but don't be put off. If you can't walk up stairs, its probably not for you but it's a minor thing.

We booked a junior suite very spacious clean and comfortable. Bed very comfortable , air com and WIFI were working very well . We did not take advantage of this but TV had Netflix and Amazon prime . The hotel is situated within 5 - 10 minutes walk of the Spanish Steps . Lots of great tavernas and bars in the nearby streets as well as a supermarket open late. You do need to tell of arrival time as there is no 24hr reception but that was not a problem. Staff were very friendly and helpful in booking transfer from the Airport. The roof patio is great for relaxing in the evening.

Only minus is there is no lift ! so bit of hard work getting up the stairs ( we were on the top floor ) after walking miles visiting this beautiful city !

What was really nice is that is so centered in a beautiful area full of restaurants and shops! Next to that I have to give a shout-out to the staff! They were both so friendly and helpful and made our stay so comfortable

There is no lift available and with heavy suitcases this was a bit a challenge ;)

The room is quite nice and clean. Just like it is in the pictures. Bedrooms and sofa are comfortable.

They should give at least 1 small bottle of water per person as a courtesy. Had to pay 2 EUR each. It is not a hotel, so they don't have all the services. At some point the WiFi went off and there was no one to fix it up. Not having internet at night can be a nightmare for international travelers. The last day I was supposed to drop my baggage and come back and pick it up later, but since nobody was there, even to fix the WiFi issues, I didn't feel confident that somebody would be there to open and give me my stuff back so ended up carrying it myself all day long.

Location was awesome and very good reception / staff

The minibar service was a bit misleading. It says to leave cash for what you consume everyday. I left 10th to for 6.50 euro consumption but no change was left. I wouldn’t have minded if I was told only exact change was acceptable but it felt a bit misleading.

Location was great not too difficult to find and very close to Spagna metro station for connections to the city.

The steep stairs would be difficult for older or less abled people so worth noting before staying here that there are a lots of very steep stairs.

It was spotless clean, as described in pictures, at the heart of Rome in unique location one minute walk from Piazza d Espagna, the staff was really helpful and friendly and everything was perfect!

We stayed at the top floor and there was no elevato but it did not bother us much!

quite central to touristic landmarks and restaurants. The wing where we were staying was quite as there was only another room next to ours. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Room was of a good size for two people when comparing it to standard Rome hotel rooms.

Ducting aircon was too hot at night, and we were not able to lower the temperature as the remote was not working.

A really well located place to stay. A nice clean and comfortable room.

Being in a room facing the street was a little bit noisy and we did have to resort to earplugs but this is a tradeoff with the great location.

Very clean nice and modern room in a amazing location! Will definitely come back when staying in Rome and recommend to others. Bathroom was clean and had enough towels, which were changed daily. There was a water boiler and hairdryer available . The personal was very nice and you can let them know what time you will come upfront.
