Location was perfect and close to several restaurants and mini-marts. It's also close to the Termini station (10 mins walk). Staff was exceptional from front desk to maid services. Special mentiin to Michela, Antonio and Giovi. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was good and filling.

Next to a very noisy street so you could hear everything that's happening outside even when the windows were closed. Room key did not work properly and I had to try it at least 3 times each time before it worked. Only one English channel on the TV which did not work so unless you can speak Italian or have another device to stream content, you'll be bored. Jets in tub did not work. Elevator was too small

Location is perfect, having stayed before some 13 years ago, I knew what to expect from this property. Streets are nice and quiet at night and the neighbourhood is equally very quiet. We really liked how pleasant the staff were.

Noise in the corridor most nights but this isn't the hotels fault, some people are just more considerate than others. Our room (426) opened up into the middle of the hotel and didn't really offer a view of anything but we didn't spend enough time there to truly care.

Hotel was great, clean and bed comfortable. we had the breakfast which had a good selection food, also staff were very helpful and alway smiling. location of hotel was good. recommend to book Omio shuttle bus to temini from airport prior. we got a bus from airport to side of train station to termini ,which I wish we knew about the shuttle first, would of saved us on time! though we booked shuttle back to airport from termini going home. We used metro to Vatican on first day, but next day walked everywhere, everything was accessible on foot, if your not good on foot, there is plenty of transport to get around. we really enjoyed visiting Rome, definitely recommend booking a tour for Vatican and st Peters Church and the coliseum. Great input from your tour guide, loved it!

The breakfast was very good. The room was spacious but there was no air conditioning vent where the bed was so it did not get very cool. The temperatures were over 100 degrees while we were there. The staff did bring after we requested one. It helped a little. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The air conditioning could be better and the elevator was out half of the time.

Location, decor, staff, cleanliness. And daily housekeeping was appreciated. Easy access to train, walking distance to sightseeing in city. Very spacious room, lovely balcony, comfortable bed. Lots of eating places nearby, shop across road for incidentals.

Had to request tea making facility as there was none in room, ( supplied without issue) and nothing available for guests in way of coffee/ tea machine.. I never saw restaurant open during our 5 day stay.

The location is great, walking distance from train and metro, train station also has a small shopping mall with all the food places you need , starbucks, pizza pasta mcdonalds. Safe area, staff were so helpful, rooms clean and we needed and iron and it was provided asap 20mim walk to most of the historic places.

The hotel is really near the train station. Rooms are a decent size and we'll maintained. The staff could not have been nicer. Breakfast was really tasty each morning.

The hotel is a bit far away from the major tourist stops. It's not a problem when I traveled but may be in summer.

Love this hotel - the staff were super helpful. the front desk guy ran upstairs to wake me cause the phone volume was down and I didn't turn it up for my wake up call. The room was super clean. the only thing I didn't like were the couches in the lobby - it does not represent how nice the rooms are...super clean, super helpful, and super close to everything including only 10 min walk to train station. I will definitely return to this property. I have stayed in Rome around 30 times and this is the best experience.

Room AC was wonderful … was functioning when u opened the door !!! Linens and towels lovely …. A beautiful bathtub !! Breakfast was incredible 10/10 and staff in dining room so lovely !

A bit of a perfumed smell in the room …. Likely from cleaning products but was quite heavy and was my only complaint
