The location of the hotel was fantastic! It was about a 10-15 minute walk to Termini station, making it easy to get to and from the airport and also to take the train to other parts of the country. The staff was so wonderful and went out of their way to make everything a lovely stay for us. The room was great, the photos are accurate. The room had a big set of windows that opened up to a small balcony, so it was easy to get fresh air. There were curtains over the windows so the room would get quite dark, helping with getting a good night's rest. The bed and pillows were comfortable, towels and soap were nice and regularly provided. The room and areas were cleaned quite regularly. There was a small fridge in the room. The water pressure was great and the showers heated up quickly and stayed that way for the duration of my shower. Others mentioned some safety concerns of the area, but I walked around the area at 1am and 3am to catch buses and trains, and barely anyone was out. I felt completely safe and didn't have any issues whatsoever. I felt the area was great and there were a lot of great restaurants, markets and other amenities in the area, including incredible Chinese cuisine, Ethiopian restaurants and gelato.

The room's door was a bit thin, so it was easy to hear people outside in the hallway at night. I could hear someone's crying baby in another room as a result unfortunately. There was an interesting issue with the water pipes being very loud on occasion.

Loved the room, the location was 20 min walk to the trevvy fountain which wasn’t too bad when your walking in the sun. Theres loads of restaurants around the hotel the best one is a two min walk away called something like bacco that was amazing opens at 7pm and it’s a fancy restaurant overall loved it

Only the shower was a bit annoying as the water was spraying in different directions and had to be quick to shut the shutters so the floor didn’t get wet but nothing wrong with the hotel

Wanted to stay in Rome, even though my main purpose was to visit Ostia Antica. Also my flights were early and it was a short visit. So the location near Termini was excellent - Metro and the Leonardo train express to Fiumicino. Near some simple but very good restaurants with great value for money, as opposed to more central touristic parts of Rome. Friendly stuff. Room super small, but very comfy! If you just come back to the room to sleep, it’s great.

My room was in another building, on the first floor, the rest was residential I think, but it was somehow charming.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The area was close to the station which helped a lot and a walking distance from the city centre. Also, everything was in a proper stat

The wifi didn't work which was a problem with my work. The area at night was not the best but we did manage to walk until the station at 3am to take our bus to the airport.

Staff was very helpful and pleasent, gave us a lot of ideas and best ways to get around, even changed our room for a one with balcony, so we can smoke on it. Great location, plenty of locations around, good coffee, pizzas and pastas, nice sandwiches, close to the station.

Bathroom door is just folding door, there is no sound barrier, you can clearly hear all the "bathroom efforts" 😁

The hosts are very nice. The location is satisfactory. The price-benefit ratio is very positive. After checkout, they kept our bags until the afternoon when we were leaving. When it started to rain, they lent us umbrellas.

The wifi is bad. It didn't have a refrigerator. The common areas until you get to the hotel floor need a lot of work. The common areas of the hotel itself are very good. The checkout takes place very early (10:30). It does not only concern this hotel but almost all of them, I mention it in every review I make because it is not right to check in at 2-3pm and checkout at 10:30am

I stayed with My mom and my dad. It was important for me to my family feel comfortable and good price . . And also location is nearby termini and touristic attractions. This is exactly we were looking for . The ladies in the receptions I met three of them they were really kind and welcoming. They helped us whatever we needed . Thank you again .

Cleanliness and location

That we can hear other guest coming back to hotel and talking in the night. Also outside there is a restaurant and apparently a meeting point for bikers. It might be annoying if you trying to fall asleep. But hotel is nice and staff very knowledgeable and friendly. I would suggest adding a kettle to the room.

The ladies at the hotel were very friendly, patient and attentive and made me feel treated like family when I was traveling alone in Rome. The room was fully functional and was cleaned and organized daily. The area where the hotel is located is safe and quiet, it is close to the metro station and Termini train station, there are also restaurants and supermarkets nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to come to Rome.
