Very friendly staff, lovely lobby, lobby bar, roof-top bar. Breakfast was good, and the room cleaning was great. The room was a bit, small, and the bathroom....quite small. But the furnishings in the room were excellent. We had a very nice time, and would stay here again. The area is a bit busy, but we had not trouble sleeping at night. Note: 'Bettoja' is the hotel group. Look for 'Mediterraneo' on the front of the hotel

The staff were exceptionally friendly, and helpful in every respect. We had arrived early on the morning of check-in, and not only were we upgraded, but our room was made available to us within half an hour of our arrival. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and had good views of the surrounding area. The roof-top bar was a good spot, with lovely views. Breakfast was very good, with a selection of hot and cold options. Most importantly, the location was perfect, just a block away from the Metro, the various tourist buses, AND Roma Terminale. Highly recommended.

Nothing really… maybe the kettle cord was a bit too short, but it really didn’t affect our stay!

Location is fantastic, right by the huge railway terminal as well as being by the bus station and at the intersection of the two main metro lines whilst in a pleasant area. Lovely art deco hotel super close to the station. Lots of nice bars and restaurants very close by. Breakfast was nice, a good selection although no variation from day to day. Nice roof top bar. Staff were very helpful

We had very noisy people in the next room. We stayed at the hotel both at the beginning and end of our holiday. The room at the beginning of the holiday was huge, very comfy, lovely bathroom but the wardrobe area was tired and needs a refresh. The room at the end of our holiday had been refurbed and was much more modern and looked good.

We booked into this hotel last minute as our flight was cancelled due to the air traffic control issue. Had we found this hotel earlier we would have booked for the previous days we spent in Rome. Hotel is amazing, location is ideal for Termini and sightseeing. Breakfast was exceptional with hot and cold foods. We particularly appreciated the dressing gown and slippers which were welcome after a long day sightseeing. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Roof terrace gives fantastic views of Rome, however we found the drinks to be expensive, 15 Euro for a glass of wine or beer.

The hotel has a fantastic lounge and social space however the bar and restaurant were not open during our visit and we were directed to the sister hotel opposite.

Recently renovated rooms, convenient location near Terminin train station. Big bathroom. Comfortable bed.

There was a bad smell coming from the sink in the bathroom every time it was used, so we kept opening the window. And the shower tray has not been thought through properly, so lots of water ends up on the floor. A shame, as it will cause issues in newly refurbished bathrooms soon. My daughter found choice at breakfast limited. Also, as mentioned to the reception at check out, the initiative to save water is great. But since the card regarding when bed linen will be changed wasn't visible, I've only discovered it on last day and realised that linen has been changed every single day. I am very environentally aware and would not normally ask for this. The usual approach is that it's only changed at request and when card is placed on the bed. Here it's the opposite.

The location, which is very close to the train station, and room where excellent, it was the perfect way to start our holiday. We were very appreciative that they had our room ready for an earlier check in as I requested as we had flown from New Zealand. The included breakfast was great, it was sometimes hard to find a seat and some food needed refilling as it was very busy, but the selection available was very good.

The only issue we had was on check out. We waited in line to be seen and said we were checking out. The lovely lady told us that all that was owing was the tourist tax which we paid. Then about an hour later I received an email from booking.com to say that my room was marked as unpaid. It was sorted eventually but I'm not sure why on check out I was not told it needed to be paid.

1. The personnel was very polite and helpful. We were given a room upgrade as we arrived earlier than our check-in time and our originally booked room was not available. For this we are very grateful - they had absolutely no obligation to assist us in such a way especially for a Saturday night reservation 3. The room was clean with very good facilities 4. The view from the room was very nice (if you do not cope well with heights the balcony is not an option for you as it is small and the rails are quite short) 5. The hotel location is decent - nice safe area with many options for coffee and food and near to the Metro station (red line)

The hotel is beautiful inside. It has a nice bar on the second floor and there is also a place for drinks and appetizers on the terrace. The room was spacious and they give you robes and slippers that were very comfortable. After a 10 hour flight from Miami, it was what we needed to shower and take a nap. There is also a good restaurant across the street, and the food is amazing. Also, the breakfast that was included with the nights stay was wonderful with eggs, omelettes, ham, cheese, croissants.

We loved this hotel. the rooms are very nice, comfy, very clean. I highly recommend staying there. The staff are very friendly and professional. A very large breakfast is served as a buffet. There is also a rooftop bar with a beautiful view. We got there early and they held our bags. There was a nice bathroom where I could reapply make up after a long flight. The hotel will help you get a cab or anything you need. We have stayed there twice. They make you feel at home. Book early. They get booked up.

Friendly, professional staff - always pleasant. Great selection of breakfast foods, and long hours to enjoy it. Upgraded room because they'd sold out our selection that had a tub - something we'd requested in advance. Linens changed daily, so the bed was welcoming each night. Decent location for tourists, convenient to the train station. And no surprises with the billing.

The lights. Explain to the electrician that there should be a separate switch for the bedroom and the closet/dressing room. If someone wants to sleep in a bit while the other person gets ready, you need to be able to ignore neon strength lights overhead. One switch turns on both. We have never run across this situation before. The bed was good, but we would have appreciated a thicker pillow top. I am awaiting a hip replacement, so a bit of a princess in that regard.
