The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. I was worried about getting one of those rooms with a ridiculously tiny bathroom with the shower over the toilet bowl, as mentioned in other reviews. But the bathroom in this room was big enough to have a toilet, sink + mirror, and shower. Small, but ok for one person. (By the way this is room 120.)

The bathroom door was broken. Not a big deal because I was not sharing the room. There was no view at all from the window, just another apartment wall. Walls of the lifts are covered in scratches and graffiti. Not a good first impression. (But the room was a pleasant surprise when I got to it.)

Walking distance from everything. Friendly and helpfull employees.

Small room, but this was known prior to the arrival. Which also is the main reason for the fantastic pricing.

Great budget accomodation close to sightseeing attractions and main railway station. Room had everything needed for a basic room. Friendly staff that were helpful and courteous. Plenty of food options nearby made this hotel ideal for eating out.

Heater didn’t work so the room was cold at night although there was a stock of blankets. The included breakfast was very basic and the crockery and cutlery was all disposable which drew away a little charm from this nice budget hotel.

The hotel, near Termini station in Rome, was an excellent choice for budget accommodation for our stay in Rome. Transportation was easy to most attractions and the location was ideal even for walking.

Although the location and stuff were really helpful, the building was old and it could have been advisable to insert electricity plugs for charging devices near all beds. In our triple room there was no electricity plug by the third bed. More convenient could have been to insert usb plugs suitable for all devices.

close to access from termini, everything is around and was super nice, sadly did not have a room for my whole stay, but still enjoyed stay very much. Small room to crush, take a shower and keep your stuff, for this weather it was amazing cause my room was facing inside of the property, so no direct sunlight, since room was small it quickly cooled off. Staff was super nice and friendly, lady in the mornings, whom was serving a breakfast always suggested pastries she likes the most, so I could try it, she was nice and sweet, felt like a family member. You can leave your keys at reception if you going anywhere and pick them up even at the middle of the night, so it is a good option and safer since you won’t loose them. Overall had a pleasant stay, close to termini and no trouble at all 👌🏼

Maybe that I didn’t get a new paper roll when was cleaning, although the one I had was almost done. And if you like a bigger room, this is not gonna be your choice, I went for single room for 1 person, room was really small, fine for me, but could be an issue if you need more space.

Breakfast was excellent, I had a double room just for me which was very clean. The staff were great and I must say this hotel is amazing value for money in a great area. I will definitely come back! :) It's also only a 5 minute (if not less) walk from Roma Termini train station, so you have access to national rail and metro services at your fingertips.

Only thing is, the air conditioning broke after a little while and was quite noisy/temperamental when it did work. It can be a little noisy at night but nothing too bad!

Breakfast was good and the person serving the breakfast was a very friendly person who knows how to do her job well.

The bathroom need a refurbishment. Bath rusty and flushing leaking.

The hotel is located closer to the Termini station. The area near the station has a lot homeless, really is a little depresived. The hotel is clean, the breakfast host is very nice. The value for the money is fine. I did not like the fact that it was hard for any transport to park at front. The hotel is accessible to wheelchairs, but we did not found Rome very inclusive for people with limited mobility.

Good value, if a little basic, accomodation that was fine for me, as a single traveller. Well placed for transport links. Well situated with a good selection of bars and restaurants right on the door step. Limited, but adequate range of choices for breakfast.

The location was close to termini station, bunch or restaurants near by with good options. And it was a safe area/

The bathroom was very outdated hard to shower and the breakfast was very light. Rooms are very outdated BUT HAS AC so it was amazing
