great place for value, great location, great breakfast, nice personal on the desk and in the kitchen, was a little cold because central air conditioner was still not on, maybe they will turn on when the temperature will be lower, however they gave me a blanket and was great support! I recommend if you gain fear and atractive price for value.

We stayed in March 2022 on the weekend of the marathon so rooms across the city were priced higher than usual. This room was a great bargain. Location is 5-7 minutes walk from the station which is not bad, but can be tricky if you have a lot of big luggage. The room was spacious for the price (for 2 adults). Management were accommodating of our request for twin beds. The room, bathroom, bedding and linens were clean. The TV has Netflix.

The breakfast selection was quite small, pastries tasted store-bought. The hotel policy is for guests to leave room keys at reception whenever leaving the hotel, which was not ideal for my friend and I who wanted to leave and stay at different times.

The proximity to restaurants, the Metro, and Roma termini was perfect. The breakfast was simple but very yummy. Staff was great to work with.

The bathtub had a hard plastic barrier that served as the curtain. It would have fine, but it moved if you bumped into it and then water would be all over the bathroom floor. Minor issue. I would still come back anyway!

The staff was great. Everyone was very polite and friendly. They gave us a map and tips on what to do. The hotel is right in the center of the city so everything is near. The room was large enough and very clean.

The facility is old. It is a bit noisy at night because of the traffic.

Bath room system water drain pipe e.g bathtub, sink very slow drainage and water shower leaking on the floor each time I had shower or bathtub .it seem to be bock system from drainage pipe system.

It's close to the main attraction. The price is very good. It is very clean.

Not exactly. I don't like it. Just found a bit poor the breakfast. And the toilette brush was old. The bin in the bathroom is open..doesn't have the lid. Little detail that makes better the appearance .

ANGELA, THE OWNER, LIKE MY MOTHER!! SO HELPFUL, CARING, WARM, WELCOMING, ACCOMODATING! COULDN'T HAVE BEEN HAPPIER AND BOOKED TO STAY AGAIN A FEW DAYS AFTER LEAVING. WOULD HAPPILY STAY AGAIN.

One of the rooms was a little small, but it's very reasonable considering the budget price.

The Breakfast selection was a bit ordinary. A lot of sweet selections. Only ham and cheese offered, no eggs, hot food or even bread rolls?

The staff were all extremely helpful, happy and just lovely people. The hotel is clean and quiet at nigh. The location is excellent too and there's a fantastic restaurant across the road.

Great location, short walk to Termini station & ampable restaurants & mini supermarkets close by. Rooms are well equipped with TV able to link your Netflix. Room cleaned daily with fresh towels. Friendly & welcoming staff
