We stayed at this location only for one night, walking distance from Termini station, lots of bars and restaurants as well as close to shopping streets. We are a family of 5, and the room was very big and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful, helped us with booking a taxi for the next morning at a much lower price than Uber.

The location is unbelievably good, everything is indeed in a walking distance. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. Having a small hairdryer there was convenient. Communication via email regarding the details prior to check-in (the time of arrival, flight delays etc.) was easy and fast. I was very satisfied with everything!

Only a few things in the bathroom: sometimes water leaked out through the gap under the glass door of the shower cabin and the toilet seat wasn't mounted completely at every point necessary. But these are easy to fix and just minor details, overall, I had a very pleasant stay, thank you for it!

Super cool lady running the hotel. Every day cleaning of the room. Good wifi. Very close to Termini station. Comfy bed. Secure room. Good restaurant right next to the hotel and lots of choices for breakfast on the same street. All the positive stuff you can find in the area near the main transport hub of a big city......

The noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom turns on when you open the light and no way to shut it down. You wait 10-15 mins (did not time it) after you switch the light off to shut down itself. All the negative stuff you can find in the area near the main transport hub of a big city......

4 of us stayed in one room. Very spacious and clean, quiet and comfortable beds. 20 min walk from the Colosseum, and the owner was extremely helpful and polite.

I like how the hotel is near the termini station, it took only 5 to 6 minutes from the hotel to the station. Also you can walk from hotel to coloseum. Ms. Anna, the staff is very accommodating and nice. She also gave us a map and showed us where and how we can go to the different tourist spots. We stayed for 3 nights. the room is good for 2 and always clean. It seems there is a little problem with the the sound proofing but it can be tolerable. We are satisfied with our stay. Thank you.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Value for money. A hotel-apartments basically that offers a clean place for you to sleep at night or take some rest during the day. Excellent location near the termini with excellent restaurant exactly next to it. Do not expect 5* hotel but for the money paid in the center of Rome taking into account how clean it is I 100% suggest it. There are things for improvement and maintenace and the owner is aware.

There are 2-3 things that need to be care of in the room like the door in the shower that does not close firmly, and a small tv that could be added in the room for late night relaxation.

Hotel is easy to find, has an elevator that was working (hotel is on 4th floor EU, 5th US). The rooms were very clean, and a good value. Had everything essential and nothing extra. And of course, the air conditioning!! Worked great. Staff speaks English. Near Termini. The windows sealed out outside noise, occasionally we could hear footsteps above us. We slept very well. I certainly recommend this place; it's a great value and you'll sleep comfortably. I will list some "complaints" but for us these were not really important.

Some things need to be repaired: one of the blinds was broken, and both of the outlets by our bed did not work. There was one working outlet in the room, so we were fine. If you consider yourself a large person you may have trouble with the queen room bathroom, as the shower is narrow and the sink is almost over the toilet. The owner also insisted that a queen room (with queen-sized bed) is for 1 person, although it has been for 2 in every other hotel I have visited in Italy and abroad. (Not a bad thing, just strange.)

Amazing location close to many sites that you go to Rome to see, staff really friendly and attentive, we got to the hotel much earlier than expected and yet the room was ready for us, we were given also given a map and told places to go and avoid etc room was much bigger than expected and very clean and kept well, 2 air cons in the room to help cool it down which were a dream in the heat, would definitely stay again when coming back to Rome, this hotel is definitely worth staying at and for the price it is amazingly cheap!

The room was quite simple and small, so don't expect any luxury, but it was perfect for me and my needs. It's a cheap place to stay in an excellent location, walking distance to all the major sites and there is also a metro station nearby. The neighbourhood is quite safe. The staff of the hotel were very pleasant and the room was cleaned daily. There was also a kettle in the room for which I am very greatful, being a coffee addict that I am. :D
