clean and very nice owner, warm in the room:) super good location, being close to Roma termini station 2-3min walking and 15min from colosseum and other attractions

the doors are not isolated well so you can everything people on the hall say or when they walk

the location was excellent for me, by walking distance to the most of interesting places

The location is pretty good, about a 20 minute walk to the Pantheon. They cleaned the room every day which was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the whole room was good value for the money. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was excellent.

You could hear people outside in the hallway a bit as if they were in your room.

Very welcoming owners. Hotel is in perfect location to go to tourist attractions and is 2 minutes from main train station. Easy entry out of hours. Good bed and good shower. Aircon works well. Would recommend. Considering crazy hotel prices in Rome, this hotel is great value for the money

Room cleaning is a bit basic, didn't always change towels etc however you can help yourself to towels and coffee etc at the reception.

Very clean and comfy bed. spacious room with a big window! good location. hosts are incredibly friendly. bathroom is nice and spacious.

there is no shared kitchen facilities or kitchenette at this place. the room is certainly big enough to put a kitchenette or even just a kettle and toaster in the room! but there is none of these. not a deal breaker however if there is no shared kitchen facility then why not offer some of that in the room!

Clean room with ensuite bathroom and a surprisingly comfortable bed. The location was great. Walking distance to many main sights. WIFI was great as well.

Probably just an outlier but some other guests were very noisy until late at night which made it difficult to fall asleep. And that was during both nights that I satyed there.

- no breakfast at hotel, but you can eat sth nearby - the best wifi I have ever seen - close to the center - very friendly and helpful staff - close to Tremini station - nice quality/price ratio - new air conditioning equipment

- a bit noisy - no towel changes during 5 day stay :/

North American expectations would appreciate a TV on the wall but there is so much to do in Rome that i do not see why anyone would want to stay in and watch TV..

It has the perfect location, close to everything. I walked everywhere, I only took the Metro to visit the Vatican and the Station was just a few minutes walk. There is a lift so you don't need to climb any stairs with your luggage. The owners were great too. I definitely recommend this Hotel.

I was not very lucky with my pillow, it was a bit hard. Nothing else.

super well located. 5 minutes walk to termini station where you can catch any train or bus. A leisure walk of less than 25 minutes will take you to Fontana Trevi, Piazza Venezia, Colosseum. the street is filled with awesome food options. Gallo Negro trattoria, just next door to hotel was amazing. Rafaela, the owner is an amazing source of tips to enjoy Rome.
