The location is perfect, it was clean and we had a good stay.

Pictures have being taken a long time ago, the furniture is old and needs to be changed. The smell of the ambiance perfume is too strong in every room. We stayed 3 nights, the room was never cleaned, for almost 200€ per night this does not seems fair. The gym is a room transformed in gym and it seems to be used also for storage, it was impossible to use.

The accommodation is incredible! Starting with the excellent hospitality of Loredana and Raffaela, who, besides being very kind, also ensure everything is well organized so that your stay is perfect. The room is good, clean, and the beds and towels are very comfortable. We had no issues with that. The location is also wonderful! Just a few steps from the Vatican and with a street full of bars and restaurants nearby. It’s a mix of tranquility and convenience to enjoy Rome's cuisine. Finally, I noticed some people complained about the elevator and the stairs. Indeed, it's small, which is common in Italy. However, just be a little patient, and everything will be fine. I highly recommend it!

Upon arrival, we were greeted with a friendly smile and a nice atmosphere. The rooms were ready and all set up for our stay. There were very clear instructions, nice and simple to understand for entry exit and emergency protocols. There was lots of information of local places to eat, local supermarkets and everything that you need amenity wise. Location was spot on as the road just adjacent with all the nice places to eat and you’re only maybe 5-10 minutes walk from the Vatican. There is a nice rooftop terrace which we didn’t use as the temperature was far too hot in our stay. But I imagine in the evening time on a cooler day it’s nice to enjoy. We travelled with two small children and had no problems all. The lift to the 4th floor was a godsend with our pram/stroller.

Nothing to report, was all fine and enjoyable

Good location near the Vatican if you are planning a tour. Just West of Castle St. Angelo and south (over the road) of the old Pope's escape causeway to here from the Vatican. Short walking distance across bridges to the touristy central area; but here is less crowded. Close to a selection of bars and restaurants down Borgo Pia (the ones to the West are a bit pushy). Be prepared to be shocked at the number of rough sleepers and beggars right next to one of the wealthiest institutions in the world.

All fine. But only when we arrived did we learn that there is an airport shuttle that stops 10 minutes walk away (much closer than Ottaviano Metro) -quicker and cheaper back to airport than rail, but necessary to book online. Also, beware of pickpockets. Do not let anyone offer to help carry your luggage up steps, a new distraction; luckily I had wallet in a button down pocket.

The location was excellent if you want to visit the Vatican area. Our room was large and had a small kitchen area with coffeemaker, kettle, sink, fridge, microwave and a countertop cooking appliance. Dishes and cookware provided. No view from our room, but there was a rooftop terrace. The concierge was very friendly and helpful.

The only problem we had was that our airport taxi couldn't find the place. Not the hotel's fault it was just a smaller street and the driver missed the turn twice before I told him where he needed to go. Be prepared to help your driver!

The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Also, location was great (even if not interested in going to Vatican City). The rooms were well equipped and larger than expected. Also, had more amenities than expected. The roof terrace was very nice (the chilly march wind was the only reason why we did not spend more time there).

That it is not properly advertised as a guesthouse, with cleaning only every three nights and where you have to take out trash yourself. It wasn't a problem for us, but it did not feel like a "luxury" hotel. Also, check in felt unecessarily complicated. Had to respond to many messages, interact and send pictures of my documents on whatsapp (which was even harder when I got sent the wrong number). All to get two codes to unlock the doors that could've been sent here. Also, I got messages reminding me to pay because we had to go in person (during the limited hours when the front desk was open) as if they didn't have my bank details from booking here.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The receptionist was such a sweetheart and super helpful! She recommended Sit Bus Shuttle to us with a pick up at Vaticana as the best mode of transportation to and from the airport. The bus stop was a 7-10 minute walk from the hotel.

I didn't really have any issues with the hotel. Don't expect any extra bells and whistles. There is not daily room service or trash pick up. That being said the hotel and room were nice, clean, and relatively spacious. I would stay here again!

This location was great, right next to St Peters in the Vaticano area, and very close to the bus stop which the Sita bus stops on route from the airport. It was easy to walk into the historic areas & along the river. There was a supermarket and restaurants & cafes were very close. There is an laundry, gym room and the terrace rooftop has a great view.

At the moment, May 2024, the area is being spruced up for the celebration year in 2025, so some building work is close by, but this will have a finish date & then it will be even better.

Great location in the very center and hospitality of hosts. Key Rome attractions within walking distance. It is center location, but very quiet. Clean room with comfortable bed and all amenities you need while few days stay. Smooth and very kind check-in and check-out (with option to keep the baggage in the store after check-out till the departure for the airport). It was great to get free room upgrade to get better equipped kitchenette and a balcony - Grazie Raffaella and all Team!

Really nothing to complain about! Just the top roof terrace could get a small reimbursement - but even without this it is great to spend time there! :)
