Location was super nice. Very close to vatican city. Bus stops and metro stations connecting to rest of city were a close walk from the hotel. Room service. Our rooms were cleaned everyday. We returned to perfect rooms every night which felt really nice. The bed mattress was perfect for me. I got really good sleep. I had read some reviews saying the neighbourhood is loud at night, but I did not feel that way. There is a local market place just opposite with fresh produce stores and little coffee places and small eateries and bigger restaurants as well.

If someone's very particular about the size of the bathroom this place wouldn't be suitable. The shower is small with little elbow space to move around and some water will spill out on the bathroom floor while you shower. It wasn't a big issue for us as we were more particular about the location and budget.

It was a great spot not far from the Vatican, great market across the road & also another little supermarket just up from the accomodation. Another plus a great cafe on the corner, the place is buzzing with restaurants & shops. I felt like I was in my own little Roman Holiday courtyard staying here as well. I like walking & was happy to find my way over to all the other attractions on the other side of the river, I’ve been in Rome several times so I just enjoyed the slow wander. I didn’t use the public transport but it looked very readily available with buses everywhere so that’s not a problem. Overall it was a lovely stay & if I needed anything all I had to do was message which I didn’t have to.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The owners were very welcoming and attentive. Nothing was a problem for them and they were always very nice. We were arriving at around midnight so they arranged a selfcheck-in and also arranged a taxi from the airport for us. Thank you Stefania and Carlo!

The apartment is on a good location to visit the Vatican but if you plan on going to the city center often you need to take the bus so it can get a bit inconvenient. But considering the price of the apartment and the hospitality of the owners it is not a problem.

The location is excellent - close to Vatican, public transport, just opposite the wonderful fresh food market, and if you get to be too overwhelmed by the touristy areas, this is a perfect place to stay!

The place is on the small side for two people and a suitcase (but that’s Italy), but we made it work. There was a water leak in the bathroom, but that can be easily fixed, as well as the lid on the toilet seat and the tissue holder. A small electric kettle would be a nice addition.

From the moment I made the reservation I was treated with amazing hospitality by Carlo & Stefania. Check in was a breeze. My bed was made and room attended to every morning after I left for the day. And the location could not have been more convenient to the Vatican Museum and St. Peter's Square. Carlo & Stefania recommended restaurants to try and each one was spot on - gotta listen to the locals!

The private bath in the room was fine but the shower in the bathroom is designed for someone who is fit and trim and six-feet tall or shorter. Not that it mattered for me, but the room is not handicap accessible.

The administration are really kind and nice people. It was great that we have the possibility to leave our luggage after check out. The appartment located near Vaticano (approx. 10 mins) and in the nice location with plenty of restaurants

The room is not big, but it is good when you have to stay at night and be near Vatican

Great location close to the Vatican, and opposite a market! Felt secure. Daily housekeeping service which was really nice. Our host gave us a city map and pointed out the best ways to get to various spots, including food recommendations, which we appreciated!

An iron would've been very helpful and perhaps a holder for the shower head.

Support by Carlo and Stefania was great, they are very friendly and helpful. Room is small, but pleasant and clean. Comfortable beds, a/c, wifi and refrigerator works well. Good location, not far from metro, bus and a lot of shops. Very good restaurant (La Fiorentina) next to the room. Place definitely to come back in the future.

Carlo is great host! Helped us with all information we needed. Great neighborhood. Free parking is available (white lines - ignore 3h sign) but you definitely have to be persistent to find it close to the vacation holiday - definitely not impossible and definitely worth it.

The service provided by Stephanie and Carlo was beyond words. They welcomed us to their property and upgraded us to a larger room to give us the extra comfort. Carlos even set down with the map and circle out the places to visit and showed us the best way to get around these places. That made our visit to rome stress free and budget friendly. Stephanie texted me to check everything was good and we are safe and having a relaxed stay. Both of them were wonderful.
