The room was spacious, we had a decent size table where 2 people could eat freely. The balcony had a great view of Saint Peter's Basilica. The building was very secure with a doorman to ensure no unwanted visitors and a private courtyard. The building is 5 minutes by foot from the Vatican and had many great restaurants and sightseeing attractions in walking distance. You do not need a transport card at all, we used 4 tickets for 5 days in Rome.

The balcony door/window was old and it did not isolate the noise from the street very well. Was not a problem for us, but if you are a light sleeper consider bringing some plugs to ensure you won't get awoken by the garbage truck in the early hours.

Its an excellent option, easy access they give you the keys so you can entry and go out with out problems at any hour, the property is 10 minutes walking from the vatican and metro stations, nice area with a lot of rest and markets, also, by walking in 20 minutes you are in the center so basically you dont need to take public transport unless you want to go to atractions little far from center, the room was very clean and confortable! There is a shared kitchen but is not well equipped only few basic things, so if you plan is to cook you may not be able to do it, but, for the rest is a excellent option.

The property matched the photos, it was clean, and the cleaning staff came everyday even though they didnt changed the sheets and towels, just put the room together and if you are out of toilet paper, etc. The location was great, safe and close to vatican and some restaurants and ice cream places

The noise in general, not from the street, but of the other guests. It is not a hotel, it’s literally a house with an entrance and then 5 rooms. You have to specify the arrive hour otherwise you can’t enter the room, as there is no reception. The lift is save, you can save yourself of going to the 5th floor everyday :))) The walls are very thin, so if other guests are fkn rude as we experienced with some french guys putting music at 8 am or earlier you are going to hear it all. We had the windows facing the interior patio of the building, so I guess thats why we didnt had noise from the street, but I guess if you have the windows facing the street is going to be a little bit more noisy, as it is a concured street. Nothing to worry about if you are not too old and dont mind a bit of noise

The apartment was clean and tidy, and it had everything you needed. Every morning the bed was made and towels changed. The girl who works at the reception is very kind and gave us a location where we can leave our luggage until our flight. The street in which it is located is excellent, it is only 5 minutes to the metro station.

The only thing that wasn't in the room was the remote control for the air conditioner. Although, we didn't even look for it because the temperature was ok.

We were very satisfied with this place. It has an awesome location, only 10 Minutes away from Vatican and approximately 20 Minutes away from the city center. Coffee machine and fridge were very handy and we used the fridge a lot. I also want to point out, that in the hallway they habe a microwave. It was great, that we could heat up the food there in the evening. The pillows were also amazing. The staff is very cooperative and friendly.

The location is amazing. (Just 5 minutes from the Vatican), and it's not so far from the city "important" places, like city centre, trastevere bars, coliseum, etc. The people who work there is super gentile, specially Pamela. The place is in general comfortable, not so expensive and it is very clean (thumbs up for all that too!!). Definetly it's a nice place to stay some days in some.

The check-in system is not the most comfortable if you don't have Italian phone and much more because it has not reception on the place. The small fridge in the room was very slow and barely could keep a bottle of water cold. The sink was obstructed.

Location was good. Very close to Vatican and 20-30 minute walk to other attractions. Shops and restaurants in the area and felt very safe for walking around at night. It is in a quieter part of Rome with a more of a neighbourhood feel so had no issues with sounds at night.

Apartment was a bit difficult to find at initial check in. The complex has several buildings with different entry ways. The property is also comanaged with the upstairs property and staff are generally in the upstairs property. Water temperature on shower takes a bit of time to warm up.

Location was great. We ate breakfast in different restaurants and we were happy with food and service throughout our trip.

Location was great - 5min walk to Vatican and bus stop directly in front leading to all sights Rome. A lot of restaurants and gelatos places around. Room was clean (daily cleaning service) and has everything you need for a short stay (incl tea and coffee). We got instructions for self check in with codes- worked out without a problem and the property manager was available for more questions via whatsapp. We were able to store our luggage the last day before departure in their other property close by, which was great and they were very polite.

wifi was weak in our room and connection got lost.

Stayed one night here and my experience was very good. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: decent bed, working aircon, minibar with two bottle of water as a courtesy and even a coffee machine and boiling machine in the room as well, which was a plus. It was silent too. The location is exceptional.

It was all good. The only detail that I didn’t like is that booking.com had already charged me the city tax and I had to pay it when I arrived. It’s obviously not a big deal but it’s about correctness.
