My sister and I had a wonderful stay at Ai Senatori. The location was perfect, just outside the Vatican walls and close to public transport and great restaurants and shopping streets. Our beautiful host Susanna was so gracious and accommodating, our flight arrival was changed a couple of times but she was so nice about it and our checkin was quick and painless. The room was large and beautifully furnished, even the old fashioned elevator was fun to take. We had breakfast vouchers at a nearby cafeteria which serves delicious coffee and pastries. Loved the pistachio croissant!

I honestly couldn't find any fault with this place. Great location, great host, awesome base for exploring the beautiful city of Rome.

Very good location, easily accessible by metro. Easy and straightforward check in and out process. Very polite owner who responded quickly and kindly. The premises and my room were very clean and well maintained. WiFi was good and had a strong signal. Breakfast is at a local café, just 3 minutes away, so it was easily accessible.

The breakfast options were only croissants. I know this is a standard type of breakfast in Italy to which I am ok with, I just wished there was a savoury option too. The staff at the café said the savoury option costs extra.

We arrived late in Rome and Tim met us for a late checkin, The room was a good size, nice and clean. The shower and bathroom were great. Very quiet place.The location was perfect for us, close to great restaurants, and an easy walk to train station for easy access to all the major attractions

Can't fault this place, it made our time in Rome very enjoyable.

Very friendly host, waited for us for late arrival, was very supportive. The room was very clean, very spacious and cozy, the bed was comfortable with nice sheets, quite spacious bathroom. :) Overall very nice. I liked breakfast place and old elevator.

The sound insulation through doors could be better. In the morning you can hear people exiting rooms and locking doors.

Spacious, coffee, sweets, great location and warm welcome

There was an alarm in my friends room that was alarming the whole night, they couldn't sleep. The pressure pump of something in the bathroom was making a very loud and disturbing noise everytime you open a tap, flush the toilet or even when you empty the bathtub.

I absolutely loved everything about my stay, starting with the perfect location. The host was incredibly welcoming, the room was comfortable and well-kept, and the breakfast was exceptional. Every detail contributed to an amazing experience.

My room was clean and comfortable, and the owner was very helpful, patient, and accommodating. The property is well situated in relation to the Vatican, the metro, and several good restaurants. Overall, it represents good value for the money spent.

Some of the amenities and facilities left a little to be desired. The temperature of the shower was erratic, and considering that there was a washing machine already located inside my room, it would've been very helpful if I could've used it for a fee. Also, if I visit Rome again, I'll most likely look for a property that has staff on-site 24/7.

The host was very kind and helpful. It was our first time in Rome and she guided us quite well. She provided a good explanation of our stay and also allowed us to leave our luggage behind after the check-out time!

The breakfast place can be improved.

Ai Senatori rooms are located in a perfect part of Rome, near the Vatican. We felt how local people live, and felt like we are locals. In the area there is abundance of little restaurants and coffee shops and boutiques and other small stores. Besides the amazing architecture and history that Rome has- which really amazed us, we really loved this Vatican neighborhood where we stayed, and next time we come to Rome, for sure we will stay in the same area, and possibly in Ai Senatori again. Did I mention that the bed was super comfortable and exactly the type we like. So thumbs up for comfy bed! Mr.Gianfranco- our host, was so nice to let us do late check-out at 11am, so we are grateful. We had that extra time after waking up to have one more yummy Italian breakfast and cappuccino :)

Plumbing system in the bathroom makes some strange noise, but nothing to be concerned for. After few times you hear it you get used to it. So no problems at all.
