Room was clean and tidy. It's easy to travel to the main train and bus station since it located near bus stop. Also can catch a bus to the room from any place in the city. Just 10 to 15 minutes to the Rome main station.

Room was bit small can't move ones you open the luggage. Its not that specious enough. Bathroom also small. This is not a hotel. Its more like a guest house.

A cozy and clean room with a comfortable bed and pillows. A very nice guy at the reception provided a map and all the necessary information. in the room we found drinking water, a kettle, tea, coffee and toasts with jam for breakfast, also shower gel and soap in the bathroom. There's air conditioning and a TV. Room has a small balcony. Great location – a 20-minute walk from Termini station. There are bus and metro stops nearby, and all the main attractions are within walking distance. After checkout you can leave your luggage for storage if needed.

It's very noisy outside, so it was impossible for us to sleep with the balcony open. It would be nice to add plates and more spoons to the room's equipment.

The location was amazing and we loved sitting out on our little balcony. We really appreciated the water refills every day. There is a pharmacy right next door which was very helpful. The manager also gave us a map and lots of recommendations for places to go for food which we really appreciated.

While the suite itself was very secure and you needed a keycard to enter, the door to our bedroom was a little thin and only had one lock (on the doorknob). This wasn't a problem, but for 2 young female travelers, we really would have appreciated a deadbolt at night just for peace of mind.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The purpose of renting the room was for three friends to watch the 6 Nations rugby and the location of the property was ideal for us who all are familiar with Rome. We also had the benefit of a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. As we arrived late on the Friday we had been sent the self check in process, which worked perfectly well. Prior to arriving I had a number of questions that were responded to very quickly via a number provided on What’s app.

There was no safe or lock box in the room for valuables. There was a cash tin secured to a wardrobe shelf but there was no key for this which meant passports/valuables had to be taken with you. That said being on the 5th floor with a number of secure doors to pass through I guess it was pretty safe.

It's possible to self check-in. Everyday there is supply of drinking water and shampoos (if they are gone). It's clean and quite. Beds are extra comfortable!

Self check-in instructions were not clear. I had to write and call the owner. There was quite a lot communication to handle before and during the stay. The room looks worse than in the photos. On Sunday there was no breakfast serverd in the cafe. After writing to the hotel, the owner promised to return the money for it, but he still didn't.

the hotel was in a very central position, 15-20 walk from the major monuments and the city center of Rome. can be reached by walk from Termini station. very helpful staff members and the room was quite ok and even had a balcony. the bathroom was clean and private in the same room. the room was a bit small being that we were 3 people in it but for 2 people is just perfect. the check-in process was fast and the employee at the reception was very kind and helpful. you could have breakfast in several bars and pastry shops just around the corner. also many resturants are there just by walking

I didn't like the fact that the towels weren't changed during our 3 nights stay no coat rack in the room

It had natural light and had a nice balcony so although it was a little small it still felt spacious. Nice cafe just out the front.

Not sure if we had the key for the door on the street. It was kept open most of the time but once we got back at night and it was only by chance that some people were leaving that we were able to get in. There was some construction across the street which got lots at times. The reception is not manned all the time and we had to call to organise the keys but all worked out well

It was very clean and enough in the space. The building has elevator which is great while the room is on 5th floor. The staff was very helpful and very responsive although they were not in the building all the time. We had a small balcony with 2 chairs which we loved.

I would say only location was a bit of challenge. it is not really close to city center and It is far from subway. There are several bus stations close by, but it takes very long to reach to any place due to traffic. I don’t know if it is something about Rome or the neighbourhood, we couldn’t open the window during the night, as there were drunk people shouting or the noisy cars passing once in a time.
