Great hotel within walking distance to the sites with parking. We have been twice and will go again.
They only want three people per room, even in the Suite which has a pull-out queen-sized sofa bed. I understand the point of this, but my wife and I were travelling with two under 7s, and a separate room made no sense. They accommodated us but told us they would not do this in future which is a shame as we would love to stay here again.

This hotel is a fantastic villa in the center of Rome. The building is pure elegance, the rooms are very comfortable and perfectly clean. the breakfast is excellent, with a good assortment of salted and sweet choices. the personnel is top! I will make it my home for any future trip to Rome. Thank you Villa Pinciana ❤️

Perfect staff, room was lovely with a great view of a local church. Comfortable, had everything you would need, great wifi, room clean and made up every day. Breakfast had a large selection and made a perfect start to a day. Location is good for walking with a 10-15 walk to the fountain.
The air conditioning wasn’t great, but got there in the end.

Breakfast was not as 'sumptuous' as described. In a hotel with this kind of allure, there should be a bar open for a late night drink. Overall the service should be more in tune with the lovely ambiance.

Internet was a big problem. We were able to connect Android devices, but not the iPad. The connection was slow and interrupting.

The quietness was lovely, and the breakfast was a good level of continental style. The room was lovely. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable.
The spa whirl pool was warm, however the bubbles/jets were hardly working ! The Turkish bath apparently had to be cleaned after each persons use ? which meant that it was only available once during our 3 night stay. There were no slippers in the room as stated. The bar was not open at all due to ‘operational’ issues 🙄

A pleasant and quiet hotel. The staff is energetic and welcoming, and is happy to help with any request. The typical European breakfast is of excellent quality. And the most important thing for us was that there was an air conditioner. The air conditioning in the room and in the entire hotel was excellent.

No tea or coffee in room. Only a kettle and 2 cups. Carpet would benefit with a clean. Breakfast was ok. Not a lot of choice.
