This is a great alternative to staying in a more expensive hotel. The hosts were very thoughtful, even having drinking water and a few snacks ready at no charge. The bathroom offered a very confortable shower with a door that closes. The self-checkin procedure worked smoothly. There is a lovely little restaurant right next door that starts serving an English breakfast at 7:30 a.m. for those who have an early flight out. The nearest station on the B Metro line (Castro Pretorio) is about 20 minutes' walk away, with the next stop on that line being Termini.

The room was on the small side, but the private outside balcony with a little table and chairs made up for it.

The room was clean and comfortable. In a lovely area and easy to walk to main attractions in 30-40 mins. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The walls are like paper - when people are talking you may as well be in the same room. Not good when people come back late and are loud and inconsiderate!!

Good location close to the Borghese park, spacious room, quiet at night (away from the road). Toiletries provided and room cleaned daily. Very nice receptionist eager to make sure everything works. Functioning AC & elevator & wifi. Several nice traditional restaurants a 5 min walk away.

Quite pricey for being one of those “apartment hotels” in a residential building. Water bottles were not replaced. TV requires you to login with your own Netflix account & doesn’t have TV signal.

Good location, close to the city centre. Comfy beds, good airco, tea and coffee facilities in the room. Cleaning every day, kind and attentive reception. Easy to self check-in (very handy if you arrive late). 12 minute walk to the Villa Borghese

The old-fashoned lift in the lift works only when all doors are closed. The night we have arrived, the lift got stuck (someone forgot to close the doors), so we had to carry all the luggage to the top.

Very nice place, clean room, everything looked very tidy. The staff was very nice and helpful at the check-in time. This property is located in a nice area, with nice restaurants, it's a quiet neighbourhood, not in the middle of the touristic area, then highly recommended to take a 15 min bus for visiting the touristic places

The place is only 20 mins from Rome Main Station. The room was very clean when I checked in. There's a construction going on in the area, but it didn't bother me much since I got my earplugs on when they resume work in the morning. Other than the construction, the neighborhood is actually quiet.

The room had a mini fridge, kettle, hairdryer. The room itself was small, but there was enough room for two people. The staff was very friendly.

During our stay there were problems with the elevator-it didn't work and we had to walk. In the morning before check-out, the electricity was out, so it was not comfortable.

good price for Rome with good location. 15 minute walk from trevi fountain. very quiet so good to be able to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy city

the 5 flights of stairs leading up to the rooms! there is a small lift, however I get claustrophobic and when I tried to use on the first night the door wouldn’t open when I got to the ground floor so I had to go back up to the first floor to get out. the bed was a little hard for my liking but that’s more down to personal preference

My room was very spacious and light. it was not overlooked by anything, but there is a big building site across the road. I thought it would be noisy, but they only work for a couple of hours each morning, so it didn’t disturb me, and I got used to the rather strange view.

The building site opposite, but I did get used to it, and at least it means that you are not overlooked.

The reception person was very pleasant and helpful. Always kept in touch with us via Whatsapp and helped us comfortably to make a self check-in. The room service was great. The hotel location is very comfortable near the main railway station.
