The room was nice and modern, and had a very comfortable bed, even though the room is slightly on the smaller side. Other than that, everything else was lovely, some really great restaurants close by, and walking distance to all major attractions.. we walked the entire city, only catching a taxi to the Vatican ..
There is no real room for more than 1 suitcase. We had to keep the suitcases closed in order to go in and out. There was no mini bar fridge or kettle, so having cold drinks at your fingertips or the ability to make a coffee not an option. Found this very strange not to have in a hotel room

I have the best stay at this property. Honestly it is a nightmare to find hotels in cities as popular as Rome because everything it’s either crazy expensive/overpriced or ugly/uncomfortable, so this little gem of an hotel was perfect! It’s clean, beautiful, in a good location and comfortable, I just hope they don’t raise their prices because right now it’s one of the few good options that ticks all the boxes.
I loved everything, it was a perfect stay.

The staff were all the way through were amazingly friendly. I stayed two nights and they made sure, every step of the way, that I was comfortable. I have celiaki and have to stay on a strikt glutenfree diet. I contacted the hotell beforhand and they made sure both that my late check in was fine but also that there would be a glutenfree option at the breakfast table. The location is great and I will definately cpome back here next time. Thank you to fort great service. Your slogan matches your way how you meet and greet your guest.

Room was modern, spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel in general was clean, tidy and modern.
The location wasn't as good as I thought (poor research on my part). It was only a 15 minute walk to Roma Termini station but was about 20-30 mins to main attractions. Not bad at all, well within walk distance but not as central as other options. (Would still stay again). The elevator/lift seemed a bit temperamental at times but itwas mostly ok.

The staff was so incredibly friendly and it felt safe at all times as a solo female traveler; 24 hour manned front desk. A safe equipped in the room. Also very nice touch to have free water and cute little candies as a welcome gift. The bedroom, working space, and bathroom / shower were all clean, easy to use, and super convenient. My favorite part was the proximity to bus stops, including one that stops right in front of the hotel! Made it so much easier to travel around in Rome.
The door wouldn't fully close sometimes - it would take me a few tries to close it, which made me nervous as a solo traveler.

Firstly, this hotel smells incredible. Then the room is so nice , so tastefully decorated, bed is very comfortable as well as the pillows. There is a lot of Space for everything. Staff is friendly and polite, it is quiet and the location is good. Walking distance to Trevi Fountain and good bus connections. The breakfast they offer is also good as even though the options are not too many you can find the main type of foods which could make everyone happy.
It is not a big deal, but I wish they had a small toothpaste and toothbrush in the bathroom as for someone who stays there a couple of days that would be very useful.

A nice & modern room. Fairly quiet and very clean. The air conditioning kept the room at a perfectly pleasant temperature. The hotel was in a nice neighborhood and had a bus stop close by, to take you to the center of Rome. The people at the front desk were very friendly and were happy to support us with all of our questions, as well as store our luggage after we checked out, as we still had a few hours before out flight back.
The room felt a little bit smaller than expected and unfortunately there was no closet space. Also, the bathroom didn't have enough hooks for 2 people to hang both their face & body towels.

Very cozy place also called Hotel Veneto , there is an elevator but very slow so you can take the steps. Room is little but quiet for sleep, not so much space inside. But the beds are really comfy. Staff can also call a cab for you and it’s easier to move from a place to another. You can walk to visit many places around like Spanish steps and Coliseum too but it’s a bit far from Vatican.
There is no coffee on location or tea for the nord o g you need to go and find one coffee place outside. Staff don’t know a lot of places either so better check before online …

The location is somewhat good - not at the centre of Rome, but near Villa Borgesi. Most attractions are within walking distance. The hotel is fully renovated, well done, and comfortable. The staff was nice and went the extra mile for us. There are two lifts. It is good value for money if you can get a good rate (see below)
We first booked two nights for a good rate. As we had to stay an extra night, we were charged a much higher price for the third night. We were told that we will get upgraded, but the room was still very small. It did have a small balcony, but it was not worth 300 euros per night. On our second visit, we only paid the lower rate and got a much better room, so I felt misled. The other MAJOR issue is hot water. We arrived at the hotel after a long flight from Sydney and couldn't shower. Over the next three days, the shower was cold or lukewarm. On our second visit, it was better.

Hotel is very nice and staff was very helpful since the second 0 we got to the hotel
We paid the same rate for 3 different rooms and one of them was significantly smaller than the other 2, we didn’t fit in and weren’t able to move through the room when trying to pack/unpack our luggage, + there was no closet to put our clothes, only 3 hangers and we had to leave them in the luggage, hence too uncomfortable
