The staff was kind, pleasant, and extremely helpful. The location was great, not far from the bus, and not too far from the metro. There are also some pretty good restaurants off the beat and path within walking distance. I also appreciate that they offer private airport transportation for 8 people at a reasonable rate!

The air conditioning could have been set a bit lower. It stayed around 75-77 degrees each day in the room, which was not cold enough when it was 99 degrees outside. I asked if it could be lowered but was told it was regulatory. However, two rooms my family members were staying in on the same floor was much cooler than mine. The refrigerator did not get very cold either. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The rooftop terrace, the food, parking on site, comfortable rooms, good a/c, the 24 hour desk and extra late food/drink option all make my review a 10. I personally care more about great service than I do about sterile, fancy lobbies, so the extra wonderful help Manuela and the sweet night manager (wish I’d gotten his name!) who accommodated a request are what makes a great stay. It didn’t hurt that the hotel was around the block from our work site. If you’re ever in this part of Rome, stay here and go hear amazing live music at the Asino che Vola. Roma is a stupendous city which I keep discovering and hope I always am fortunate enough to. Thanks Romoli!!!!!

The staff on arrival were great and very friendly

Despite the paper seal stating the bathroom toilet had been santised it was not. It had been used by someone and not flushed! (I forgot to report this for the next reason...) There was no hot water the morning we were leaving so we weren't able to shower. The person at the desk didn't seem to know what to do so I had to make sugetsions. But the problem was not resolved. We appreciated the discount we were given as a result. This was one of the better mid price range hotels we have used for our work visits to Rome so enjoyed the stay apart from the 2 issues above.

It is located in a very quite area, if want to scape from the noise in Rome, this is a place. It is located in front a park so very quite, specially weekend. Staff was super nice and breakfast it is good, but cost 8 EUR. As an alternative there is a nice coffee called MokaMilk in about 10 min. I did no have car, but there is a parking inside. To reach Rome it is not that difficult once just take 1 bus and you are there.

The bathtub was clogged, but the staff cleaned as soon we asked, but the overall cleanness of the bathroom can be improved.

everything was alright, mostly we liked the staff that was very responsive.

I think that the floors in the room were not clean and I didn't like the fact that there is no tea station in the room. after a long day, you want to rest and make some tea before bed. but the only thing you can do is go upstairs to the bar and pay 3 euros ( a steal!) for a cup of tea.

Beautiful hotel, room had a great view, and the employees were very nice. Got it at a really good price too! Overall, I would recommend this hotel for sure. The people at the desk were all great, spoke English too! The hotel was great quality but also had a bit of Italian character to it.

Our room’s A/C didn’t work and they said to just open the window even though the listing said we’d have A/C. The location is pretty, but it is a little bit of a ride from the center of Rome, but not too bad.

Staff were really friendly, helpful and accommodating, couldnt do enough for us- booking restaurants, providing maps, phoning taxis, checking opening hours. The view from the bar/restaurant was beautiful and the location right by a lovely park, a couple of very good restaurants and a bus straight into the historic city was great! Lovely and peaceful at night.

Location is very good across from a very nice park. It’s a bit far from the center.

The air conditioning was not enough for 4 people in the room. After multiple times I requested to lower the temperature since you can’t manage from the room, the temperature inside the room was the same. 26.5 on summer is too hot… they need to upgrade the air conditioning system, the rest is perfect.

We enjoyed staying in Rome, as they have parking place for car it isamaozing possibility if you are travaling with car and then we used subway for moving from hotel to city center. I would like to hightlight employee who explained me in map where is station, from, where i need to start explore Rome and if i would like to go to Vatican i need to use an other station etc., so employee explainded very deeply and answered for all my questions. And when we check out it was very early moning they prepered coffe before we left. Near to hotel is shop if anything is needed you can get there. We had room for 3 adults with balcony and moning view, birds sounds, it is quit place after huge amount of tourists in city center were you can recover and continoue your trip

Very friendly staff, at the reception, breakfast workers and cleaning staff. Nice location with a view on a wide green field and far from the city noise but still close to main street and tram network. Area serviced with all sorts of shops. Comfortable beds.

Breakfast had very limited options. Room carpet, room wallpaper and shower glass need a serious upgrade. You would expect a more modern and fresh look from the price per night. To be fair, the hotel has 3 stars but price per night is a bit high for what you get.
