very clean, staff were very polite and welcoming and helpful when needed. food was very nice, a very big variety of spread for breakfast, perfectly cooked by chef who was very polite and nice. Would say to anyone booking here to get room 303 with the hot tub overlooking the basilica, overall a perfect stay.

Everything in this hotel was wonderful. Very nice room, it had all the facilities we needed, staff was very professional and helpful. Breakfast was good, very clean area, good choice of food. We were leaving early in the morning, the receptionist booked us taxi and prepared breakfast brought to us to the room in advance. Location is great - just 2 minutes by foot to the St.Peters square and about 10 minutes to the closest metro station. I would recommend this property to couples wanting to have privacy and expecting great service.

There’s nothing I can remember of getting me disappointed and I can be very challenging at times.

My main purpose was to visit the Vatican . incredibly close to St Peter’s square a short walk . So helpful if you end the day at St Peter’s so your close to the hotel . The staff an the front desk was excellent .Emanuel , Philippo and Alejandra were especially helpful . A shout out to them ! The airlines lost both my bags and they made numerous calls on my behalf while I could enjoy my day . Philippo picked up the error the airline made and it got delivered . Emanauel personally got the bags up for me ! They were very helpful with information and booking cans for me as well .the housekeeper Sanath was also very polite and made sure the room stayed neat ! I think more than the hotel I loved their team and friendly services !

my room was near the main road side of the property so a bit noisy at night thought after the first night it didn’t seem to bother me

The hotel staff is very friendly, and the rooms are very modern and clean. The location is quite convenient, St. Peter's Square is just a 5 min walk away. There are also quite a few restaurants close by for breakfast and/or dinner.

I only have amazing things to say about this hotel. It is located 10 mins for the Vatican, so just a quick stroll down, we could not have asked for a better location. The staff was incredible, I have never stayed in a hotel with staff of this calibre, on every level they went above and beyond. More than that the bed was HEAVEN. I struggle to sleep and those were the best 2 nights sleep I have had this year. I can not recommend this hotel enough.

The best thing was the communication and all the tips and information we got before we even arrived at the hotel. The staff was super helpful on booking transportation, restaurants and helped us with shipping a package back home. Cannot get a closer location to the Vatican. Customer service was superb. Beds were super comfortable. They even helped us after we had checked out of the hotel. Will definitely come back and stay here for sure. Thank you for making our Rome visit more special

It was good, very clean and the location is excellent very close to Vatican

My room was overlooking the street and it was very disturbed by cars. The air conditioning is annoying, it disconnects and works every minute, and I couldn't sleep, and also in the middle of the night, the lighting works alone , something wired 🙁

The Hotel is superb, absolutely clean and the staff is super friendly. We had a room with a whirlpool, which was just stunning with a direct view to the Saint Peter's Basilica. If we ever return to rome, we will stay at this hotel again. The bus stop, many restaurants and mini markets are around the hotel. You have everything you need. But we went to all the big tourist attractions by foot. The breakfast was good as well, the scrambled eggs for example were freshly made and very good.

This hotel is very clean, recently renovated, and well located near the Vatican. It's a busy enough area to feel safe and very easy to get to anywhere you want to go, but enough out of the center to be a bit more chill. It only has 7 rooms so it's not much common space, but if you need somewhere clean and convenient to stay, it is very nice. Staff were also excellent.

If you are looking for somewhere social or with a lobby, restaurants, etc. this is not for you, but they are very clear about that in the listing.

Everything! The staff are incredibly accommodating, the room was small but perfect. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also great too. Couldn’t be any closer to the Vatican at this hotel.
