staff is very welcoming and pleasant, breakfast is OK (as in all Italian hotels - they don't change offered things at all, so every day eggs/sausages etc), close to all top Rome attractions, also plenty of good restaurants around the hotel

Nobody in reviews mentioned that neighborhood of hotel is complete disaster, very dirty, and since near the train/bus station Termini - a lot of "night ladies/guys?" so maybe not appropriate with families with small children.

The staff are amazing, the gym was actually pretty good, the breakfast was enough, everything was clean and tidy. I'd recommend it for the price paid.

The location is convenient for the station but not much else, to get to any of the tourist attractions there is a lot of walking or driving involved which can be a good thing if you want to burn off the extra calories consumed in such a beautiful city with great food. The location is also terrible however because it is located next to the major station of Rome the "crowd" around makes you feel quite unsafe, i wouldn't recommend a woman walking around alone here at night unless you're trained in MMA lol.

The hotel is extremely close to Roma Termini station, which makes it ideal from a transportation point of view. Also, the reception staff is extremely helpful, especially when it comes to the booking of guided tours. The Colosseum and Forum Romanum are also within a walkable distance, as well as some nice restaurants.

This is really critique on a very high level: It would have been nice, if the breakfast would have included some additional extras. The quality is very good (REAL eggs are used, always a plus!), great coffee (for an automatic machine), and some sweet varieties can also be found. However, next time I will most probably opt to get breakfast at a café or a trattoria in the vicinity.

It is the 2nd time we stayed in this hotel. First was in 2019. It is very convenient, if You arrive or departure by train or air. From the train station there are many trains going directly to the airport (cheap and fast). If You have big heavy luggage, it is very nice to come out of the train station and just walk 50m to the hotel. But if You live in the historical centre, You have to call taxi or drag your luggage up and down on Rome hills on rocky roads. And it is not so far to walk to those famous places. 30mins to Coliseum or Spanish Steps, 40mins to St, Peter's Basilica. We like to walk in Rome. Walking You enjoy this beautiful city. Very helpful staff.

Breakfast....... Some things become old and need to be replaced. In 2019 was much more fresh and new.

The room was very clean, tidy, comfortable, and modern. Room service ensured it remained that way throughout the entirety of the trip. The staff were very friendly and willing to answer questions about the city of Rome that we had. The location of the hotel was very ideal having a large bus stop and train station a few minutes away that meant easy commutes around the city and a short walk to connect to the train to and from the airport. The included breakfast was lovely every morning we had it.

It can get quite busy around the area of the hotel which could be a bit daunting at first but is no fault of the hotel itself

friendly staff, modern, spacious rooms. Air conditioning was on - the only one of the four hotels we stayed during this trip that had it on in early May. Very close to Termini.

I wanted to be close to Termini as we had to take the train early the next morning, and while the hotel is beautiful, the immediate areas are boarded up and graffiti covered. Not the hotel’s fault, but I didn’t feel quite as safe as in other areas of Rome in the immediate area of the hotel.

The staff were all friendly and really accommodating with our requests such as we had to leave early on our final day and so did us a bagged up breakfast each to take with us. Also we were a family of four and on emailing in advance they had our rooms right next door with an adjoining lobby area which was a great set up. Rooms were clean and comfortable and a nice buffet breakfast to start each day.

It was quite a busy and noisy area so if you’re a light sleeper perhaps not ideal but excellent otherwise as very handy for Termini and all transport links and an easy walk to central Rome.

It exceeded our expectations. The room was big and very pleasant, the breakfast had a very good quality and it had everything you want (eggs, meat, cheese, vegetables, fruits ,etc.). The location is very good for everything you want to do in Rome and around it (if you want to buy a trip to Villa dEste, for example, the meeting point it it close by). Yes, it is near Termini and you have the usual shady people who spend time around train stations, but I never felt unsafe. A special mention to the staff, all were very polite and kind.

We had and used two big beds in our room. It would be useful to have also, near the second bed, some kind of nightstand/bedside table.

Location, next to termini and touristic bus, The fact to have rooms together (Like two in one) with one access door, we could circulate between rooms with privacy, and without going into the corridor. Outside theirs a small grocery stores that you can by very cheep. Theirs also some restaurants and the Mercato central where you can find Italian food, not Hight quality but you can have a small fast snacks.

In the first days their was a waterfall sound on the wall pipes, but meanwhile the problem was solved, hope it was a malfunction and not a default of the building. The elevator is very slow, it wasn't a problem.

The location of the hotel was amazing close to Termini station where you can use public transportation to go anywhere in Rome or travel outside it. The staff at the hotel were able to provide me with a baby crib for my 5 months baby on the next day upon my request and it costed 10€ per night. If you are booking at this hotel make sure that you request the crib before arrival. The stuff were amazing and very friendly, they helped to arrange the transportation from the airport to the hotel and versus versa plus helped me with ticket bookings to any tourist site I wanted.

The breakfast was acceptable but you don't have much of options to select from.
