Truly, for the price of the stay (180 dollars for 4 nights) it was WELL above our expectations. The front desk people were (generally) extremely friendly and helpful, they let us check in early when we arrived before check in, they offered us complimentary breakfast foods even outside of breakfast time, and were overall just very accommodating. The room itself was completely fine, especially when given the price. It was clean, stark, no bed bugs, no bugs at all. Shower worked fine, bathroom was clean. We expected VERY poor accommodations so the bar was very low, but in every way we were incredibly pleasantly surprised.
The location of the hotel itself is very convenient in being right across from the main terminal, BUT at night it did feel less safe than I like to feel. We had an early wake up to catch a bus to the airport on our final day, and walking in the area at 3 AM was less than ideal, however there were enough people wandering that it didn't feel like it was as risky as it could have been. It's not a luxurious stay, the bed is pretty hard, with no AC in the summer I'm sure it'd be really uncomfortable, but as a stay for two adults just traveling on a budget to see rome, it was well above what I had hoped for.

The location was excellent - 2-3 minutes to the main train station and bus stops. The bus return ticket from Fiumicino airport to Termini (main station) was €10.00 return ticket and it takes about 40 minutes one way. The breakfast was mainly continental with various delicious types of pastries. Two minutes away was a big supermarket, but plenty local shops and restaurant around. Police is visible everywhere, so we felt very safe.
The room could have a bigger fridge.

We had to find another room in the room after our flight back was canceled. There were no many last-minute affordable options available for four extra nights. Hotel Ferrari was coming top in the list, So without much thought I booked a room with them. I knew it was not a high luxury hotel and also it’s central location wasn’t sound great too. After making the booking I thought to check a little more reviews of the hotel and what I’ve found on the web scared me. Too many negative reviews about the hotel, the location… that made me think that I should find another hotel. But once we arrived there, and after meeting and talking with the staff, all the fears went away. Hotel for sure is not the luxury type of hotel someone might be looking for… but it’s very functional and the hospitality and kindness of the staff are great. The central location is busy of course, but far away from being considered as dangerous. Actually it’s the opposite, with too many and good options for food and small touristic stores… Also, The hotel has hot water for shower and a fair breakfast to start your day. Plus, it’s central location gives access to public transportation. Again I have to mention the kindness and politeness of the staff and the fact that they were there 24/7. I can say we enjoyed our time in this hotel and loved that we had the chance to walk around the center of Rome and get the essence of that area. It’s a fair staying there and have no hesitation to book a room with them.
Hotel is 2 star hotel, so not the most luxury. But that’s expected. I can’t say much here, because my staying there exceeded my expectations overall.

The manager, Ali, and his assistant were incredibly helpful. The room was cleaned well every day. The bathroom was spotless and modern. The location was very near the Central Rome Terminal, and easy access to sites like the Colosseum. Surrounded by excellent excellent restaurants. The rooms were very safe and secure.
The beds were not the most comfortable. Without air-conditioning, the room was hot and the windows had to remain open. The street noise was constant until 2 am.

Friendly staff, 24/7 front desk, camera and gate secured since it’s close to Termini station with all kinds of people. Nothing there wow but clean, located next to the central station offers good opportunity to explore not just Rome, but far more
Breakfast!!! Only sweet breakfast, 3 types of jam, 3 types of croissant. For us it was too much

The location is very accessible, near to Roma Termini. The staff are so nice and approachable. I think they will clean our room everyday as it is tidy after we arrive from wandering around.
The room heater does not work although we are using the AC warm-fan settings but still, it is not enough warmth. We were expecting to have an electric kettle for hot tea and coffee as we brought with us tea, coffee and sugar. The safety outside the hotel is also worrying. So don't stay outside too late at night.

Was a solid stay - fantastic staff, very friendly and helpful. The room was very small and a bit untidy and smelly but overall it got the job done for two nights. Can't complain. Was right next to the station as well and 20 minutes walk from the collesium.
Rooms were smelly and dirty. Also had a single bed (prefer a double)

It was very comfortable, the fact that includes breakfast is amazing and the location is great!
the outside of the hotel is a little bit dangerous, there are so many persons that don’t look good and the vibe is weird, but this thing does not depend on the hotel!

The staff is very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the area is not very quiet, but you have to take that into account if you want to stay in the city center clouse the train station and metro. The location is very convenient.
