Overall the hotel was a great pick - stylish rooms, clean bathroom, good breakfast but best of all... the staff! The staff were extremely helpful, kind and friendly. They went out of their way to assist us with our sightseeing and travelling and we were always welcomed back by a friendly face. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone travelling to Rome.

The hotel is very close to the metro station, which is great for getting around. However it also means that the area around the block may be a bit dodgy and shady at night. In fact, we were warned by various locals not to linger alone late outside at night in the area.

We booked this hotel after we had to extend our stay in Rome two extra days. The hotel has recently had a major overhaul with new elevators which actual stop on your floor. The AC was great and the rooms were very quite and comfortable. The location was next to the Roma Termini train station but the rooms were very quite. Highly recommend it traveling around Italy by train.

Location is excellent and I have pinned it for future trips. Room is clean and cozy. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is located in roof very good views and good variety.

The room heater was on but luckily windows could be opened to overcome the heat. Water heater in shower is not always on or not enough for 2 persons so we had to split shower time.

it’s close to the station which is handy for arriving and leaving but the area isn’t very romantic :) I had no issues or hassle but I was a single male. if your gay it’s perfect for Company Club.

Staff are pleasant & friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast . unfortunately, we missed 2 days as we had to go out really early. Location is perfect. Transport & restaurants are nearby.

It wasn’t an issue for me & my daughter but my husband was a bit disappointed with the door closer as it banged loudly during the night.

The location was great in regards to getting around the city and it’s very close to the train station and walking distance to the attractions. The cleanliness of the room after room service was good and the breakfast was very tasty. The breakfast staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The area seemed quite rough and I didn’t feel too safe there. The wifi wasn’t very good at all and struggled to load anything. The room needs new carpet and furnishings as they are worn out and covered in stains. There should be more plug sockets closer to the bed, and the breakfast should continue until 11.

Nice hotel in a convenient location (across the road from termini train station) however didn’t feel like a very safe location at night time! Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, especially Lorenzo I believe his name was. Breakfast was nice with plenty of options for a continental breakfast.

My only complaint was the cleanliness of the room wasn’t up to my standard, with splash marks on the bathroom mirror, and dust on the shelves. I also felt the toilet hadn’t been cleaned enough.

The room was clean and very nice. The interior of the hotel was very stylish and looked very new. The breakfast had a good variety and the staff there was very friendly and quick to help. The location is great if you use the public transport a lot in Rome since it is so close to Termini Station.

Reception staff were not really able to answer any of our questions which came across as not very customer friendly. We asked about the train to the airport and they just said we had to go to the train station to sort it out. Upon check-out the reception staff started to check-in another guest whilst not properly finishing our check-out first and just left us waiting there without saying anything.

The room and bathroom were clean and gorgeous. The staff were helpful it was nice that it was close to the train station.

There were too many homeless people near the hotel and made it feel unsafe to be outside at night but that’s to be expected. The breakfast was fine but not incredible.
