Very nice room and the location of the hotel was great. A lot of restaurants nearby. Excellent wifi. Nice selection of foods at breakfast and great coffee. Rooms were very clean and modern. Staff was friendly. We arrived a few hours before the actual check-in time, but could get our room straight away. Would definitely stay again.

Had to give the room key to the reception every time we went out. Not sure how safe it is to showcase all the available keys and room numbers in the boxes behind the receptionist as anyone could come in and just pick a room number that has a key in the box and tell the receptionist it's their room. I think the keys should be covered/hidden from anyone else's view other than the receptionist as the main door to the house wasn't locked most of the time. As a guest, I would also prefer the hallway door on the top floor to be closed at night time for security purposes as anyone could just go up there and bypass the receptionist when using the elevator. Nothing happened to us and we felt quite safe, but I think the hotel should consider these security concerns for the safety of their guests.

Close to train station and a lot of shops and restaurants that was good .

That staff and hotel patrons can smoke inside the stairwell and foul the air on the 4th and 5th floors .Their is a NO SMOKING SIGN 3 metres away and yet staff members are allowed to smoke there, that is a joke .Don't stay there if you are a non smoker the passageway stink and no body in management cares

The hotel is located very close (approx. 5 min walk) to Roma Termini train station/metro and buses. Breakfast were good, comfotable beds, nice bathrooms, nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby, helpful staff.

The area near the station is not nice place to be at night so be careful. The building is shared with other offices but as soon as you get to the receiption on 4th floor - all is OK! There is only one lift in the building and it is quite old and small but it is working :-). If you have a room on the street side - be aware of the noise if the window is open.

Couldn't be better positioned for easy access to Termini and metro. Made exploring Rome and getting there and away super easy. The area around the train station, like in all major cities, can be a little gritty but the 24hour reception, great security in the building and the fact that it was literally just a 2 minute walk made it very manageable indeed. The room was large enough to easily accommodate 2 people and our packs. The bathroom was small but functional. The airconditioning was a godsend in the exceptionally hot weather. There were great little bars, a laundromat and a supermarket right near us. Lift access to the 5th floor so no lugging heavy packs up and down stairs.

Location right next to Termini (don't worry about the seemingly dodgy neighbourhood, it's ok and no other area is better if you need to take public transport), welcoming staff and clean room (I was in the single one). The size of the room was small but couldn't care less as it was clean.

After reading about the creepy elevator I didn't take it and went up and down the 4 floors even though many old italian building (around Termini too) have this kind of lift so I wasn't "shocked" by this like many reviewers, I just don't like elevators if I'm alone. I was arranged the room next to the reception and could hear any guest from there/from the other rooms: looking at the bright side: I woke up earlier than my alarm and had more time for Rome

Close to Roma Termini (main station) made it easy to meet up with friends arriving via different airports. It felt like a safe haven above the chaos below. Very comfortable room with lift access to our level . Friendly reception staff and an excellent continental breakfast.

Entry into the building was unclear (the ground floor locked doorway is shared by multiple hotels - and the buzzer for Scott House was broken). The area around the station has a lot of beggars and pickpockets - so we had to be vigilant with bags and belongings.

It was a block from the train station. It was also within walking distance to some sights. The clerk was helpful and friendly. The room was basic but adequate for a nights rest after a long flight.

I don't believe the information on Booking.com mentioned that it's on the 4th floor! There is an open cage elevator but it's quite slow and a little fussy if you are waiting for it. Also the entry lobby is shared with other businesses and was a little spartan (appropriate for Rome!) and stark.

I had a little difficulty finding the hotel. And I was not quite sure of the appearance of the exterior and the surroundings.And of how to get in. The breakfast opens at 7 :30 and I had to leave for my plane at that time. I would have appreciated being able to take a coffee before leaving.

The hotel is located next to the central train station (Roma Termini) from which you can also catch buses to the airport. It’s about 20min walk to the Forum Roman and other sites. So the location is superb! The rooms are equipped with modern, new furniture and is very quiet. Though facing the street you cannot hear much of the traffic. The bathroom was well-lit and had a great shower and modern installations as well as 2 hairdryers. The wifi worked perfectly. The reception staff was very friendly.
