We had a very pleasant stay at Hanky Suite which had nice professional touches like the room being cleaned and towels changed daily as well as excellent service from our host Maria who is an absolute superstar that provided us with great advice about the area and restaurants and offered much help to us such as booking us a taxi to the airport at the end of our stay. The bed and pillows were the best we had during our Europe travels, and there was no noise from the street. We would definitely return.

The property was excellent value for money! The roo was spacious, clean, smelled great, everything you needed was there, lovely vibrant street full or great places to eat. Maria, the host, was absolutely amazing. Gave us so many tips and recommendations for amazing places to eat. Even offered to book reservations for us. People treated us lke royalty when they knew Maria had sent us. Superb experience doesn't begin to describe it.

My stay was too short! Honestly nothing not to like about the place. The AC was a bit loud but worked great!

Easy to find, check in was simple. Property manager/owner greets you and shows you to the room. Will give recommendations for places to eat, which there are a lot of choices as soon as you exit the building. Buses are easy to catch. The bed was so comfortable I loved it. Room was very clean. Also stocked each day with new towels. Shower was hot and good pressure. You can walk to Rome and all the sites from here or catch a bus. Would stay again if I ever visit Rome again. Thanks :)

The bed was super comfy. Great memory foam that’s perfect to sink into. Room had everything we needed. A bottle of water left daily, decent hairdryer and bed was made.

Could hear neighbours coming home and chatting late. They weren’t being loud, it’s just poor soundproofing. Are aware of road cleaners starting about 6/7am but we were up early anyway. The shower drain was also blocked, however this was fixed the following day for us.

The location was fantastic and close to much of the city. The beds and pillows were memory foam and so comfortable. Everything was exceptional and the owners and manager of the apartment were all very accommodating including providing restaurant recommendations and helping book taxis. Such a great start to my holiday! Water is available on arrival too and as all of Rome water fountains are potable you can top up for free!

Maria was a wonderful host and very friendly. She provided excellent restaurant recommendations and helped us book reservations. She made our stay in Rome very enjoyable! The room was very clean and comfortable with a modern and spacious bathroom. Hanky Suite is also very well located in trastevere and is easy walking distance to many great restaurants in the area.

Nothing, everything was great!

The location was absolutely perfect, located in the Trastevere neighbourhood it is about a 2 minute walk to small Roman streets filled with restaurants and bars, which is where you will end up at the end of every night so it is only a short walk to bed. During the day time it is still within a 30 minute light walk to all the major landmarks in the city and even shorter by scooter or taxi. Maria dealt with the majority of our stay and was absolutely superb from start to finish, she was always more than happy to help and provided support to us throughout the day via WhatsApp. The rooms were super clean and serviced each and everyday plus we were also surprised with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco on New Years Eve.

I could have stayed longer.

Maria was a great host - booking us transfers to and from the airport, as well as providing us with restaurant recommendations and offering to make reservations. The room was bright and modern with all the amenities needed, including coffee-making facilities. The guest house is located in the heart of Trastevere with bars and restaurants on the doorstep. There are also public transport connections to all areas of the city nearby.

I had the pleasure to stay in the Hanky Suite for 3 days. At booking I could only book 2 different rooms, but as soon as I came they made it possible for me to stay in the same room without having to move. The place is perfect, totally quiet, clean and only about 1,3 km away from the heart of Rom. And than there’s Maria. She is amazing! She was there to welcome me and gave the best tipps! She even booked me a table at a very concurred restaurant where locals go - food there was magical and I tasted the best Tiramisol of my life. So Thank you Maria and Hanky Suite for making my stay in Rome so memorable!

Great location, the host very gentile, he left us a small bottle of sparkling wine and the decoration was gorgeous, which made the atmosphere perfect. Plus the cleaning was outstanding. We loved the fact that all the good restaurants in Trastevere are super close, so after a long day, you can have a great dinner, walk a bit around the neighborhood and arrive at your room that is still central but more chill.

If you are going to Roma to focus on the Vaticano and San Pietro, obviously is not the best choice. But if you don't care about it, it's perfect. Plus there's a bus stop very nearby.
