Hotel was modern, clean, fantastic rooftop terrace for breakfast. Staff were all super friendly.

Airconditioning was not available due to the Unahotels governance boards ESG stance, in support of the Italian governments Operation Thermostat (Not mandated for hotels). While I agree with the principle, they should not then be advertising the rooms as having airco, and should be passing on the energy saving costs to the customers.

Beautiful new Hotel nested in a lovely sector. Hotel staff very professional and helpful. Breakfast was the best out of 5 hotels we stayed at.

Too far from Termini station to walk with baggages. The only way to get there is by bus or taxi. Buses are full and not a good choice. Be careful when you take a taxi Usually it will be 15$ euro for a 4 km treck to hotel but ours tried to charge 30$ euros and did not even turn the meter on so needless to say that did not happen. Granted this has nothing to do with the hotel but good to know.

The hotel is recently refurbished with great decor and very comfortable beds and bedding. The breakfast is rather simple served in wonderful setting at the rooftop (not picturesque, but great to be at the rooftop). Great noise insulation. We were on 3rd floor and did not hear any of the streetnoise. Loads of restaurant choices in a walking distance. We felt very safe. Easy to book taxi from the hotel.

Construction and guest dirt marks on tiles, curtains and wooden skirtings. Our family room connecting hallway carpet was not being vacuumed. Surprised nobody has removed large pencil marks left by builders. There was no place in bathroom to leave your toiletry bag (had to keep it in the room).

Beautiful bright modern hotel with character , spotlessly clean, nice bar, friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable bed! Many good restaurants and lively night life nearby

Location is a bit tricky for the major sites. No metro station, railway station 25 minutes walk away, plenty of buses though service a bit haphazard and crowded. No kettle or tea/ coffee in the room

The hotel was new, which is rare in Rome for the price point. The room and hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. Walking distance to some of the cute restaurants and bars.

As a first timer in Rome, I wanted to see more of the sights with walking. But that was all about 30-40 minutes walking, not ideal in 35+ degree summer days with 0 breeze. It’s good for other times in Rome when you don’t care much about the sights or getting to early tours. Our room was small, didn’t have room for 2 medium sized suitcases. We had to rearrange some furniture and even with that didn’t have much walking room, had to walk over the bed to get to the other side. Room walls are very thin, we could hear the people in the next room yelling and even in the hallways.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel has a great location - there is a bus stop nearby, it is conveniently located relative to the main attractions and there are a huge number of restaurants within walking distance. The staff speaks excellent English, is very friendly and was ready to help us at any time. Upon request, we were provided with slippers and toothbrushes in the room, which was very convenient. All restaurant staff were very polite and helpful. It is worth noting separately the evening bartender - he is very responsive and pleasant to talk to. The breakfast was very delicious and varied. The hotel interior is also very beautiful and creates a cozy atmosphere.

However, there are several areas for development that could be improved. The room we stayed in was poorly cleaned. For example, there was dust on the floor around the bedside tables and a dirty side of the bed. Also, the shower cabin was small and the shower system was a bit flimsy: water leaked into the upper showerhead.

All staff very friendly and welcoming. In particular Antonella and Irene were very warm and full of smiles in the stunning roof top terrace breakfast area. What a gorgeous panoramic view! Suggest placing some sort of map to indicate the various visible landmarks Breakfast very filling. Just odd that milk so far away from the cereal/muesli. Staircase clean. Room nice size. Enjoyed the two bathroom sinks. Spacious shower. Location good for our needs. Thank you!

Sorry that we had to leave! The view of the inner courtyard was not so nice but quieter than the rooms facing the busy street view.

Very professional staff. Very helpful. They helped us with the airport transportation and prepared breakfast to go. Breakfast is ok, there are some queues sometimes, but waiters do everything to sit you quick. Location is awesome, good restaurants nearby, and nice walking distance to most attraction.

I don't quite understand the air conditioning and heating policy. They turn it off and on centrally, even if there is a controller in every room. I don't quite appreciate the ceiling desing where you see some pipes and boxes. A bit noisy.

The hotel was modern and the room was clean. There was a good variety of options for breakfast. The staff were very kind and helpful.

The wifi signal in our room was bad so the connection was very slow and often dropped out. Our room was ready quite late so we were given complimentary drink vouchers to use upstairs at the bar. This was very kind of the staff however I wish it was also made clear that the bar is not part of the restaurant so the voucher can’t be used if you sit in the restaurant section (even though the drinks for the restaurant come from the bar). Knowing this would have made the experience smoother as the unexpected costs were bothersome.
