The location is close to Rome Termimi station. The room size is surprisingly big and comfy.

Probably the check-out time at 10am is too early, since the check-in time is at 3pm.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to both the train station and the metro station, and there are many dining options nearby. The hotel staff were warm and patient, leaving a very deep impression on me.

This was not a very smooth stay due to the outdated facilities of the hotel, which caused my colleague and me to endure almost an entire night of sweating in the high temperatures of Rome. However, after communicating with the hotel staff, they promptly arranged a room change for us. Although the air conditioning still left much to be desired, it was significantly better than the previous room.

The hotel staff is incredible. All of them are very polited and helpful. The bedroom was huge and comfortable. Perfect location, despite a little dangerous at night. I'd stay again gladly.

I had an issue at around 3am of my first night. I was awaken and saw someone trying to enter the room by forcing the handler. I didn't inform the staff on the same day because I was afraid, buy did so later (especially when this fact happened twice again, but during the day and I thought it was the cleaning lady at these times). Anyway, the staff took notes, listened to me with full attention and said they'd take the proper actions to avoid things like that in the future.

Welcoming atmosfere, clean and over my expectations. Better than what I've seen in reviews and pictures. Building has elevator. In the day we left we could live for a few hours the luggages at the reception. It is really close to Termini!

Weird frame design around the bed, but not something to avoid the room. No proper place to unpack, if you have big bags. We had just basic stuff for two nights in our backpacks and it was fine. No fridge, but down on the street are street markets (2L drinking water bottle ~2€), some open until 3am. During the night you just need to be a bit careful for your belongings, but not scared about it.

The staff was very kind and the reception works 24 hours a day. The location is great, opposite the Termini station, everything a tourist needs is there - transport, coffee, supermarket, souvenirs..the room was clean and comfy, they made the bed for us every day..

It's a little bit noisy because of the position of the hotel, but we weren't bothered too much about it.. and on the website they wrote that they offer breakfast at one point (sweet and savory), which is not true..

Friendly helpful staff who spoke excellent English. Room was clean and serviced daily. The decor was basic but the beds were comfortable. Excellent location being only a 2 minute walk from Roma Termini and an abundance of restaurants.

After reading all the negative comments after we book i was not expecting too much . And my husband also told me not to worry as we are not staying most of the time in the hotel. When we arrived there to check in the hotel they told me they upgraded our room. But I think they move us on the 6th floor to a new hotel (Hello Hotel) the room is big and clean. Facilities wise its great, hot water is qll the time, everyday we have a room clean and bed linen change.

Staff and cleaning.

While being close to the main station has it's advantages it makes the area just outside the hotel noisy. Location is technically in the city center but on it's perimeter, this adds some extra walking before getting to the main parts of the city. Hotel lobby needs some renovations.

Great location, close to most attractions, 2 minutes from the train station, metro, bus. Very nice service. You can leave your luggage without a problem. I recommend

The only downside is the lack of coffee making facilities in the room.

Location is great. The beds were comfortable, and they gave access to tea kettle and wine openers.

When we first arrived we rang the bell at the security door for quite some time and it was never answered. We got in as someone was coming out. One day there was no hot water.
