Excellent location, two streets below Termini Station. Easy to connect to other parts of city via metro (both lines intersect there), by bus or through walk (half-an-hour from the center). The neighbourhood is fine, street market and sellers are not aggressive, it is enough to say that you are not interested in their offer and they leave. Staff is very kind and professional. The room is spacious with high ceiling. Heating worked very well. Room and toilet were cleaned every day, with towels changed on third day. There are not spectacular but everything you need is there and I would recommend and definitely repeat stay in the future.

Hotel location is perfect since it is located literally next to the Roma Termini (main) station. Therefore it is really close to the metro and bus lines. Hotel has a 24/7 reception so whenever you want to return to your room, you will be able to. Our room was clean enough, hotel provided towels etc. so it was comfortable in that regard.

Hotel is a little bit old, but that much is expected since the whole city of Rome is old. Then again, the room that we got was a little bit small too, especially the bathroom, but it is not that small that it is useless. It still served the purpose. One might wish that the bathroom and the bed (we had a double bed) was a little bit bigger but given the price of the rooms, it still has a huge value per money spent.

Location - This hotel is super near to Roma Termini station. It's a super plus. There are so many restaurants nearby and it's 20 minutes walkable to the Colosseum. So location is perfect. I wanted to travel the next day to Airport from Termini station and hence, this is a perfect location for me. Staff - I am short of words, how helpful they are. They are very hospitable and in one incident, I was struggling a bit with door lock and the guy came running even before I asked for help. Woman was very nice too. She held the door for me for checkout as I had luggage. In general I really love the staff.

Cleaning - It could be a bit more clean. I don't have much complaints as I was paying really little to be in Rome.

The hotel is located just a few short blocks from the Termini train station (less than five minutes with luggage). The train station is ideal for catching a cab, jumping on a bus or the subway, or traveling to the airport. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to stow our luggage on-site on our last day. The large room we reserved was comfortable and clean, and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel is a bit dated and quirky, but since we were there to see Rome, we didn't spend much time in our room. But when we were there, it was comfortable and clean.

Room was cozy, warm and clean. It was nice to stay there, because interior and staff attitude gives a home like vibes. Hotel has an excellent placment, everything is near and when you are a tourist who wants see the most beautiful parts of Rome and has a really early flight back home it's an essential bonus. Staff was friendly as well answered to a questions, tried to help. It's a definitely a place to stay.

The new rooms are very beautiful and comfy and the Hotel Manaver was very nice and helpful in assisting me. All together the rooms are all very clean and tidy.

The old rooms, especially next to the Reception (which can be a little noisy), but the problem was quickly solved by the Hotel Manager.

-Stuff was really polite. -It's a small room although it's more than enough if you plan on exploring most of the day rather than staying in the room. -Wifi is good. -Great water pressure and hot water 24/7 -It is clean although if you hang your used towels behind the door, the cleaning crew won't replace them with new ones in the morning. -Overall, it's a good cheap choice if your budget is limited.

We booked a room with 1 double bed but it was actually 2 single ones, sharing a double sheet. Broken mirror in the bathroom and a small broken floor heater.

Helpful staff, great location - walking distance to popular tourist spots

Noise. We heard everything from the corridor, both -people coming in late at night and those praying in the hall early in the morning. You can hear noise from the street as well. Overall, it is acceptable for a night or two but longer stay may be problematic for some people, as you end up with constantly disturbed sleep.

The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable!

Honestly there wasn't anything I didn't like! Maybe a comfortable chair to sit on would be the one thing besides that nothing!

The place was clean, well equipped, there was always somebody at the reception and the stuff was friendly. Room was cleaned every day, and the air in the room was always fresh thanks to the big window. This accommodation is located by Central station, so we had everything accessable by metro in few minutes.

Due to location, it was little trashy at street, and there were some homeless people at the station, but we didn't have any problems with them, they weren't directly bothering anybody.
