Mr. Andrea, the receptionist, met us very politely, thanks for his everyday smile. Very nice position of the hotel, at the beginning of all historical monuments. You are able easy to walk to the historical center. 10 minutes walk to Termini station. Breakfast in our stay - May 2022 - was very good: tea, coffee, juice, pastry, including sweet Cornetti, ham, boiled eggs, salami, fruit, vegetables - enough for good start of a day. Actually, hotel Corona has no dinner restaurant, but there are 2 nice local restaurants near the hotel. Small Carrefour store is within 100m walk maximum.

I believe, there is no mentioned that you have to pay some local tax for accommodation - but you need cash. 6€ / night or so. Even thought it's included in final price.

Location is great. Five minute walk from the train station, close enough walk to many other sites (though, I’m not much of a tourist myself). Staff was always extremely friendly and welcoming.

It is a bit outdated, though still clean and comfortable. There were more warning signs and fine threats regarding smoking in the room thank I’m normally used to at other hotels. I was not provided any wifi password, though I didn’t exactly need it; I’m still not from Rome and it would have been nice if a wifi password was provided to me.

Very friendly staff, good location around transport or even walking. Good value for price and clean and organized compared to other options in the same price range.

Shower didn't drain properly. Probably a one off issue though.Bed not very comfortable (but acceptable).

The property was clean and comfortable. After 2 weeks in Italy this was our final stop. The bed was very comfortable. They offered a very nice breakfast. 3 blocks from the train station. 3 excellent authentic restaurants within a 1/2 block. Walking distance to all the places of interest.

They have a strict no eating policy in the room or in the lobby. We were asked to eat our ice cream cones outside. It would have been nice to sit in their common area and enjoy them after a long day out.

Breakfast was very good with a good variety of items. Very small hotel but welcoming staff and in close proximity to the mail rail terminal. Lots of restaurants with outdoor seating nearby. Rooms were compact but met our needs. Not too long a walk to main attractions.

A little difficult to find. While a relatively short distance from the rail terminal the cobblestone sidewalks made it difficult to walk with luggage. Suggest taking a taxi if this might be a problem.

I love this hotel. The location is great, close to Roma Termini and beautiful sites. I have stayed at the hotel three times over the past three months. The breakfast is wonderful with a great variety and they make a point to ask you the night before what flavor cornetto you want the next morn to make sure you get what you want. The breakfast is downstairs in what appears to be a restored cantina(cellar), it is beautiful. There is a ristorante next door that is also wonderful.

Breakfast was included in our booking and it was superb! It had lots of options: cheese, different hams, pastries, different types of bread, butter/jam, fresh fruit and many drink choices. Also, the reception staff will ask you what croissant you'd want for the next day and it is fresh from the bakery every morning. All included in the booking we had! The location of the place was super convenient. 5mins walk from main underground or train terminals. In the city centre. Many places around for food and drinks. Also there was a laundry shop 5 mins away really convenient as we needed to do some laundry as we kept travelling afterwards. The room was big enough for two people. Always clean, daily housekeeping services. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom also very nice and the shower had perfect pressure/temperature. Place was great, staff was super helpful and we had a great experience. We would definitely come back if visiting Rome again :)

Location excellent, close enough to the station (but also not too close if you know what I mean) nice restaurants nearby with great prices and very picturesque. Irish bar up the road with live music, really recommended! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were so so clean! We had two single superiors which were identical and did exactly what they needed to do. Basic but nice, and brand new TVs were noted and a nice touch. Views out of window very metropolitan, feeling like a local in Rome. Breakfast for 5 euros worth it just for coffee and croissant, you would pay more in a café nearby so recommended that! In general a great hotel, lovely staff. You don't go to Rome for the hotel but for the city, but it helps to have a nice place to stay in between all the sights to see.

My ONLY recommendation would be to buy some new pillows, and maybe it was only my room. (My partner is Italian and so i believe it is normal to only sleep with one pillow in Italy). However I need more than one. There were two extra pillows in the cupboard but I had to run down to reception to ask for another cover, no bother though. However I did notice the pillows (in my room) were extremely discoloured and flat, and it would have made for a better night sleep with a newer pillow, even one memory foam pillow. The mattress however was very comfortable and I was warm enough all night with comfortable cotton sheets.

We had a fantastic stay. The staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable - they made sure we had everything we needed and gave us lots of great advice about where to visit and how to get there and were able to answer any questions we had (Andrea in particular was really helpful throughout our stay). The check-in was quick and easy, too. The hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the WiFi worked well throughout our stay. The hotel is in a great location, central to all the main attractions and close to lots of great restaurants, too.
