it was amazing, location was key and so so important for us. we walked everywhere!! no taxis. it’s was about 3 streets away from the colloseum. so close to everything…amazing.

The room we stayed in was great, balcony was amazing but unfortunately we were behind the lift and it was noisy when trying to sleep. Think it should be silent at night.

I liked the position close to the train station but still in a nice and apparently safe area. I liked the modern and clean style of the main building and the rooms. Its own restaurant and bar.Free access to gym and spa, the cool staff and.. the usb ports next to the bed!

breakfast area a little small and cramped. I didn’t see a private area to get changed before entering the spa.

The location was perfect for us as equal distance to everywhere and close to main train station and metro. It was nice to be central but out the way of the craziness. The rooms were so modern which was perfect for us. The spa was amazing!! the coolest pool ever! Staff were so helpful and had our bags ready in our room for us:)

The rooftop pool wasn’t open which we were pretty gutted about, this should’ve been outlined before we booked. Also there is no proper full length mirror in the bedroom, only inside the wardrobe which was pretty annoying.

The spa was excellent, the room very comfortable, the shower of the room one of the best i ever been on, the gym and location was good. We had an amazing ice cream place right next to the hotel and a supermarket close by.

Breakfast was limited. Not only did it have little variety for a "buffet", but despite only closing at 10am, by 9am there was no more daily bread or pancakes. In order to have a bathrobe to go to the spa we needed to pay 7 euros which was a lot so we went with our towels. The house cleaning never replace our shampoos/shower gel we were there for 5 days. We never visit the jacuzzi it looked closed but we never asked.

The location of the hotel is great, the staff is welcoming and accommodating, the room was exactly what we needed. The room was clean and I appreciated coming back to a tidied room after exploring all day. The restaurant downstairs (not part of the hotel) is delicious!

The elevator is tiny but it is also part of the charm. We had to take turns using the elevator. I didn’t like having to pay extra for the pool and reserve it in advance. Also, the hotel requires a robe, and slippers at the pool that they will let you borrow for a fee. They will also charge for a pool towel.

breakfast selection wasn’t amazing

The staff was so nice that they helped me to unlock my luggage when I am struggling. The place was cozy, small and clean. Soundproof was great.

It'd be great if toothpaste is provided under request. (They totally do not have dental kit, please prepare before your stay) . The bathroom was a bit slippery. Not recommended to buy any tour package from the hotel, instead, you may go check around the street, you might get a better deal.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Room was fresh and modern. Breakfast was good quality for money: truly appreciated fresh vegetables, fruits and the scrambled eggs was perfect :) Would book again!

The service at the reception was not very polite, but we do have high standards :D

The staff and Hotel were excellent. Friendly, helpful and all around delightful.

The only thing I had an issue with was the bed. They put 2 twin mattress together and it made it very uncomfortable when I fell in the hole. My hubby had to stay on his side and me on mine after the initial fall through. Other than that it was great..
