The breakfast buffet was good with many options located in a small room but never crowded, We were upgraded to a newly renovated room which was very well appointed with a comfortable king bed. The desk personnel were all great and very helpful- Nilou in particular was exceptional and really gave us a lot of great info when we arrived. Her English was great too since my Italian isn't.

The entrance is at street level but the elevator is up about four steps. Not great if you have a lot of luggage. Noisy outside in the early hours so you have to keep the windows closed. Not the only hotel in the building but wasn't an issue.

Overall experience was very good from start to finish. Ricardo at reception was very friendly and informative. The location was good with nice restaurants and bars outside. The room was a very good size and we loved the shower. The breakfast was limited in options but it was high quality and a great way to start your day

I would call it more of a hybrid hotel as it didn't have amenities such as a large open lounge lobby or bar, but the lovely experience made up for that. Just something to note if travelling here.

Spacious, modern and clean room (“Comfort Room”) like the pictures but even bigger! I recommend this hotel for leisure (solo or with friends/family) and business travel. The front of house manager, Niloufar, welcomes every single guest with such warmth, passion and sincerity. She goes out of her way to help you navigate your trip from attractions, transport, and food recommendations. Location was perfect (the nice side of the Termini Station) and lively street, safe for solo travelling (and late night) with lots of nice local Italian and International restaurants at your doorstep. Rome is hilly and with steep long walks. Dharma Style Hotel is in the best location for access to public transport (bus/metro) and the airport AND in a nice part of the area. I got to the main attractions (Spanish Steps, Colosseum, Trevi) by walking or within 8 minutes by metro and a 25 minute bus ride straight to Vatican City. Nice unlimited breakfast included with room rate - Italian espresso, toast, cereal, cheese, pastries, juice, fresh fruit, yoghurt for vegetarians. Dharma Style Hotel breakfast was always the best option and best value despite what others have said here.

Hotel should provide better quality toiletry products in the bathroom, better shower gel and provide separate shampoo and conditioner. Hotel should use better quality instant coffee for the breakfast room coffee machine (although free authentic Italian cafe/espresso is available on request).

My wife and i stayed at Dharma Hotel for 3 nights and had wonderful time there, starting of with our check in which went extremly smooth with Roberto who made sure to guide us properly regarding the hotel as well as the places we could visit during our time there The hotel was at an ideal location with a lot of tourists attraction and cafes nearby The hotel room was super clean and spacious, we absolutely loved the fact that the mini bar was complimentary for us. They even have a restaurant where they offer 10% discount. The breakfast was superb . The room had tea and coffee with kettle. The view was also good from the room We got 4th floor room with a big window and road view. On checkout their receptionist himself came to take all the luggage I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Usually tourist goes to rome for sight seeing but when you have an exceptional room and superb staff to help you take some time out of your sight seeing to spend time in the room

Maybe a little better lift would do

The property was perfectly situated, quite clean and cosy, the breakfast was delicious, the staff was very kind - they contacted me every day by Whatsup to check whether I need smth. What really surprised me was that as my flight back was quite early they have prepared for me a bag with buscuits, croissants and other sweet stuff and a bottle of water. I really liked the hotel, hope to be back again soon and will definately recommend it to friends and colleagues

Location is good and very central, the room was nice, clean and spacious, but above all the staff and the service were absolutely EXTRAORDINARY. From the very first moment, they welcomed us with so much kindness and really made us feel at home away from home. Our flight was in the middle of the night the day we checked out, and although we were no longer hotel guests they let us use the facilities, took care of our airport transfer and luggages, and were just amazing. A truly great option for staying in Rome at a great value for money and outstanding hospitality. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Being just a few minutes away from the train and coach station, as well as walking distance from all the major tourist attractions, the location was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a massage at the spa which was very good, and on the last day our flight was in the evening, so the hotel held onto our luggage for free after checking out whilst we explored the city one last time, which was great. The wifi at the hotel was also great.

The only minor thing we disliked were the duvet covers which would come off easily, though this is only a tiny detail whilst everything else was great. The breakfast was relatively small, though this isn't necessarily a bad thing as what was on offer was great, especially the pancetta.

The location was perfect for majority of the attractions, just perfect. The breakfast I could not fault, everything you needed was there and it was all lovely. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Niloufar who was so attentive and helpful to my disabled mother in law. Thank you.

No bannisters rails on the stairs as you entered from the main door to go into the hotel. Which we really needed for my disabled mother in law.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, extremely clean room, every day was tightly clean with new bed sheets and towels ( you can’t get this everywhere anymore). Breakfast in a clean and pleasant atmosphere with all the essentials for a satisfying start of the day. Thank you very much, if I visit Rome again, I will not hesitate to stay at your hotel again.

There was nothing I didn't like!

The reception staff were fabulous, friendly and very welcoming. The hotel is in a great location not far from the station but fabulous restaurants nearby.

The carpet on entry needs to be replaced and one could assume it’s planned for sometime in the future. The sooner the better I reckon as it’s not the most welcoming site.
