Hotel Emona Aquaeductus

Excellent location, near the metro station and a bus stop. Near to the city Centre and all tourist locations. Vladimir at the front desk was a very kind and a generous host, he guided us regarding what to see in Rome and how to get there. We also talked about our mutual admiration for Jazz. This is a perfect place for a short stay in Rome. Rooms are clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Wi-Fi is good. The lobby and the sitting area outside is beautiful and a good place to sit. Will be returning soon :)

Everything was upto the mark, I’d have liked to have a pair of carpet slippers in the room, as the floors were really cold. We visited in January.

The room was clean. And I care a lot that they clean every day our room. The garden was realy nice. The room was not like in the photos but it was in italiano style. The hotel is 20 minutes distance from colosseum. But be careful because in that area there are a lot of street people who are living there.

The personal was not that friendly like we have seen on reviews. The breakfast is not big deal. First day it cost 6€, and in the last day, it cost 8€. When I asked why is this diference, one women told us that we were lucky in the first day.

Amazing hotel, with an amazing eclectic decor. Wonderful courtyard, well designed and enhanced by mature trees, including Orange and Lemon fruit trees and exotic shrubs.Excellent Location, within walking distance to lots of Romes historic attractions and Churches. The Hotel staff are very helpful and courteous. Vladi along with the other hotel staff speak and understand a number of languages, so nothing is a problem.

The only set back was that our bed consisted of two single beds bases and two single mattresses together rather than an actual kingsize bed. However this is a common practice that occurs in hotels even in England.

The staff were super sweet, one day had to travel to Tuscany early morning before breakfast was served the gentleman gave me croissants etc so I don’t leave with out eating, and the other receptionist gave me insides on some awesome locations, the dear lady was so welcoming and sweet assisted me with travel arrangements and plenty other kind gestures, sweet location a short walk to Metro and quick arrival at main destinations within 10 min of ride max. Left the hotel for sightseeing by colosseum and it was an easy find, one turn and the road led me strait to the spot, enjoyed the walk towards. Train station was very close. Location is in a beautiful area and is such a sweet hotel that gives you the feel of a typical beautiful Italian vila.

Few mosquito bites in the garden, but the staff offered spray and lighted up scents for my comfort and there were no more bites.

The room and hotel overall is very lovely. I personally loved the location, as it was quiet, but still very accessible to all the attractions. The staff were wonderful, especially the concierge Vladi and Micha (if I remember the name correctly!) They were both warm and welcoming and very helpful with directions and suggestions. The courtyard and breakfast room were both very charming and relaxing spaces Overall a very lovely place to stay.

There was an obvious mould issue in the bathroom, however, having now stayed in a few places in Italy, I noticed this can be a problem at a few places. It wouldn't put me off staying again, but if it's an issue for you, you may wish to ask about the specific room you are booking. There was also no iron in the room, however, if you ask at the desk, they have one you can borrow..

It is a clean, tidy, pleasant and above all charming hotel with very friendly, warm and helpful staff who are 100% there for you. If you are lucky enough to meet Vlade at the reception, your stay in Rome will be fulfilled from early morning with pleasant conversations, many useful tips, you will have the opportunity to meet the secret place in Rome where you drink the best coffee, eat delicious pasta for an excellent price-quality ratio and feel the local spirit. We are very grateful for our wonderful experience and will definitely visit Rome and stay again in this hotel, among all other reasons, to see and spend some time with authentic people again! I have stayed in other hotels in Rome before but this one was the best. The staff is very attentive. I think I liked the kindness of the staff the most. The hotel is cleaned every day. The view is very nice. The location is also great. I stayed for 10 days and I did not encounter any problems. I will stay here again when I come again :)

The staff at reception was nice and helpful, Vladimir in particular. He’s a great guy and helped us with our transport to the airport on our last day. Rooms exceeded our expectations, they look newer and better than in photos. The bathroom was new and the shower was very spacious!

The location is fine, you are a 10-15 minute walk away from the center. The only thing that we didn’t love about our room, was the noise from the road that you can hear at night even with the windows closed, but it wasn’t a very big problem.

Felt like being at home away from home. We were greeted by warm reception staff, who were friendly and helpful throughout. Our check in was fast and easy (just remember you have to pay tourist tax if you come to Rome!). The room had lovely views into the colourful neighbourhood, which was quiet and easy to navigate due to the proximity of the main transfer station (Termini) for the airport, as well as Manzoni (a few minutes walk and takes you everywhere you need: Trevi, Vatican, Spanish Steps etc..). Plenty of restaurants are a little walk away, but there is one 2 minutes away walking which is lovely. The staff were EXCEPTIONAL, always smiling and greeting us, making us feel so welcome and always offering their help if needed (honestly cannot thank them enough!). Had breakfast our last morning (very yummy, eggs, cheese, various cold meat options, coffee, toast etc..) and there’s such a lovely indoor cafe vibe, the hotel is so pretty in general. It also has a small lift, which is hard to find in smaller hotels so we were grateful for it after walking so much. The garden is absolutely beautiful, ideal of a coffee in the morning or a sit down at night. The beds were sooo comfortable and the shower is honestly better than my own one (I will miss it..). One thing that’s difficult at hotels is Wifi…but not here! Worked perfectly and was hassle free throughout our stay. Will be coming back when we return to Rome :)

We arrived at the hotel on time and we were received by Mr. Nikita who was really polite and really helpful in terms of helping us around the city. We stayed a full week here and we must say it's wonderful, although our room was a bit small it was just perfect for a couple like us. During the week there's always someone at the front desk if we need any assistance with anything, being Mr. Vladimir the most common face. What to say about Mr. Vladi? He was simply the best host we've ever had in any hotel. I rate this hotel 5 stars in every way. We loved it.

There are a very few small things that can be improved, the bedroom Tv's could be a bit bigger, the water pressure in the bathroom could be a bit stronger. Other than that it's perfect
