Very clean, nice little complementary breakfast ( coffee and pastries) with a little courtyard. Excellent AC, so good that we had to turn it off! I needed an extra sheet as I need a bit of weight covering me while sleeping. I really liked our room ( 103) as it was away from the evaluator and I’d say even in the very warm months it would be quite cool ( it was only 27-32 degrees Celsius when we were there). Like any area near a main train station it was rundown ( the area) but we felt very safe and there were some great restaurants very near by. Kettle and mini fridge. We were able to drop out luggage off as we were far too early to check in and leaving we left it there for a few hours as well. All in all a very enjoyable place.

It was conveniently located near termini station and a few great restaurants nearby. The room was simple but clean and freshly painted with all the amenities we needed. Provided an abundant breakfast for us with many options of sweets and coffees.

Most of the staff were lovely and attentive and gave us great info about the area. But the staff at checkout were a little less helpful and couldn’t be bothered. Also gave the wrong name to the taxi so we were almost late to termini. Also the area doesn’t feel the safest with a lot of foreigners on the streets. Not the prettiest part of Rome but prices according. I would suggest a few savory options and healthier alternatives for breakfast like toast, cereal or bread rolls

Excellent place to stay, close to the train station which was what I was looking for. Buses to the airport or trains are close Both Jonathan and Peter were welcoming and make a hospitable effort to ensure their guests are comfortable. No problem leaving luggage early before coming back to check in at the earliest. No issues with wifi and air conditioning worked perfectly with a remote for easy temperature adjustment. Was pleasantly surprised the washroom was as big as my single room. Peter kindly prepared breakfast early in the morning and it had a good amount of options...pleasantly surprised it was complimentary as well as coffee from the vending machine between the given hours.

The hotel was very clean. There was a complementary breakfast served every morning which was a pleasant surprise. It was not a full breakfast menu but coffee and pastry are all I need in the morning. Thanks for that! It is located in aprox 30 walking distance from colosseo. Supermarket is just around the corner. Very pleasant stay on overall.

It is not far from termini station which make it easy to get to but at the same time the area around the train station is not pleasant. But still you can chose a different route.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Parker for four nights in a single room. The room was very comfortable with a spacious bathroom and everything you would need (including a mini fridge!). I stayed on the fourth floor and the wifi connection was excellent (I had several zoom calls from my room). complimentary breakfast and free coffee until 11am everyday was a lovely touch. Service was very warm and friendly. The hotel is located just a ten-minute walk from Manzoni metro station which will take you straight into the centre of Rome in around five stops. It’s also a short walk from the Colosseum (around 15 mins). San Lorenzo is a nice place to go out to eat with lovely local restaurants like Tram Tram located just a ten-minute walk from the hotel. the hotel is on the same street as the main bus station which will take you directly to either of Rome’s airports.

it is true that you can hear noise from the rooms next door but I think this would be an issue in many hotels in Rome because of how the buildings are built.

Pretty much everything. The location was great, the interior was clean and nicely decorated. The backyard terrace was arguably the best feature of the hotel.

The breakfast, although included (so no extra price) could have had some extra choice, such as bread, jam and juice. The shower screen was broken when we arrived (but fixed very quickly) and there was no blanket duvet (but it was provided quickly once requested).

The location is perfect, you can walk anywhere, the rooms were cleaned every day. They offer free breakfast which consists of coffee and sweets, like Italians do, which was really nice from the owner, good to start the day. Perfect place to stay for couple of days, you have everything you need for the great price. I woild recommend it for sure.

I liked almost everything - starting from the exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, through reasonable sized, clean, air-conditioned rooms with good beds, to the complementary breakfast (just keep in mind that breakfast in Italy is usually only composed of sweet things). We could of course leave our luggage after we checked out and then rest after we came back from sightseeing but we still had time before flight. It was so nice to sit in the cool reception with 35 degrees outside. This hotel is located within 10 minutes walk from Roma Termini, so you can easily reach Metro and go to Rome centre.

That is just a minor thing, maybe specific to me as I am very sensitive to perfumes (I get headache when going through these duty-free shops at airports) - our room smelled very nice, but a bit too intense.

A pleasant stay in a hotel near the Termini train station. The hotel is not new, but the cleanliness is top notch, you can get clean bed linen and towels every day. The hotel does not provide breakfast, but every morning croissants and pastries and excellent coffee await you to start your the day in Rome. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

There is noise, but it is not unusual because the hotel is near the train station. You get used to it quickly.

The location was excellent, close to the central train station and main transportation to the airport. The staff, especially Ali at reception, were friendly and supportive. The hotel was clean with a beautiful backyard, and they offered us a delightful Italian breakfast with coffee, croissants, and tea.

Our room was a bit loud as it faced the front, and the bathroom floor tended to flood when showering. The walls were thin, affecting the overall quietness.
