The location was amazing, near to train station and also walking distance to explore the whole city. Staff was really good, they let us keep our things there until our check in time. Also, the room was super clean and big. The bathroom was clean and new, they follow all the perfect standards of cleanliness in the whole property. We requested for the balcony room and they were so nice to follow up our request and assigned that room, we were super happy about the detail and we appreciated so so much. The lighting of the room was so romantic and also the art paintings inside it. 2 cabinets and blankets were provided. Really good experience.

They only problem was the wifi, sometimes it was disconnecting but after couple minutes it connected again. Also the pool and spa were in maintenance, but for sure next time will be available.

The location was near the bus station, there were several convenience stores and good restaurants near by. The room was clean and big enough for two people.

The fact that on the website it's said that the hotel has a pool which was the main reason we booked it in the first place. At the moment we tried to use the pool, they told us it was a sauna and spa and you had to pay €60 per 2 hours and you had to make a reservation first. That truly was a disappointment.

There was a lovely view as we were on the 4th floor with a balcony overlooking trees. The staff on reception was fantastic, really friendly and welcoming. Towels were provided but there was no soap. Breakfast was nice, consisting of some ham and cheese, sweet pastries, juice and coffee. 20 minutes walk from the Termini.

Nothing. It's a cheap hotel so you get what you pay for but it was perfect for us for the night and is the second time we have stayed here this year. Pillows were a little firm and low but that's all I can think of.

Arrived with little expectation due to the cheap price. But plesantly the hotel had very friendly staff and facilities were fantastic. I couldn't fault a thing with, and the view we had from the balcony in the morning was nice and green. They provided a nice breakfast for €5 pp ehich for what you get is good. Great location, just outside the centre of Rome but a 25 min walk to the colosseum and 15 mins from the train station at a slow paced walk. Exceptional stay and would definitely book again when we come back to rome!

If I had to pick one thing and this is me being VERY picky, the pillows were a little flat, and one spare. I have no doubt if we would have asked the staff they would have provided another, but because we only stayed one night, we didn't bother. The only downside was the other guests shouting at 3am woke us up, but this was nothing to do with the hotel itself.

For me, this place was exactly what I needed: a comfy accomodation, close to public transport and with helpful staff. The price is the best that you can find in Rome if you are looking for a hotel. I really want to thank the staff, especially Kholi (she was sooo sweet), because they were very kind, helpful and made me feel safe during my stay. Great team! 🤗

stayed there for two days. The hotel was in perfect location you could go anywhere from there by foot 24h reception and also very friendly the room was very clean and the price was better it couldn't get any cheaper Would definitely go back to this hotel when I go to Rome

Reception work all day, room was ready before time, location is good, near the Termini station and not too far from center. I like the most that front door are locked almost all the time and you can come in with the same key as you come into the room (feels safety). Room is big enough for two persons if they wont to sleep together.

Toilet is too small, isolation isn’s good enough and you can hear noise from outside.

Room was inexpensive relative to other options. Easy walk to good restaurants but a little far from major attractions.

Shower too small to fall down in, no more than 30 inches by 30 inches. Mattress and pillows very thin. My Army bunk in the late 60s had thicker mattress. No place to sit.

Located close to Termini Station, the hotel was easy to find. The room was good enough and came with a fridge which was nice.

The breakfast had sweet pastry options but other than that it was rather dull after staying a few days. The bathroom is small. The prices to the spa was €30 for 2 hours each, so we never tried it. WiFi didn't reach our room.

I liked the warm welcome at the reception by Kholei; a receptionist from Uzbekistan. Additionally, I liked 24/7 service as well as breakfast and good farewell by another receptionist in the morning with a nice breakfast.
